OnXX/XX/XXXX, 2018 I was notified that a debt from Confident Financial Solutions was transferred to a 3rd party source, XXXX on my behalf. I contacted XXXX onXX/XX/XXXX/18 and spoke with an agent, XXXX ( XXXX ID XXXX ) in which she confirmed all information and debt was being handled by XXXX. I was a settlement in the amount of XXXX and agreed to pay amount stated by next business day. Agent confirmed settlement amount would be sent to my email for payment and confirmation of payment would be sent via email from XXXX to myself immediately. I was informed that XXXX XXXX would be updated with payment immediately as well and debt would be sent to original creditor within 72 hours. I received email confirmation as such as well. I did explain to them that I was in the process of purchasing home and would to need have letter or email stating balance was settled and at {$0.00} balance. XXXX informed me that XXXX does not report to any credit bureaus ; only reports to original creditor of any updates. I paid XXXX online with XXXX website on behalf of Confident Financial Solutions. When I spoke with Confident Financial Solutions on Tuesday XXXX I was informed then only that I would have to wait 60 days to have a letter that shows balance was paid and settled as {$0.00}. This was not communicated to me from XXXX nor Confident Financial Solutions in which is delaying my mortgage loan. My family was displaced due to Hurricane Harvey in XXXX 2017 and am currently being stressed to the capacity due to this is the only delay we have because of Confident Financial Solutions and XXXX. This is bad business practice and immorally just wrong. I spoke with XXXX, XXXX at Confident Financial Solutions and was sent a letter only stating account was not cleared. Per the mortgage loan processor, I explained to XXXX the letter would have to state balance was cleared at 0 prior to receiving inaccurate information from XXXX. I have requested to speak with the CFO/COO at Confident Financial Solutions and to no avail. Please help. The XXXX has also been deducted and cleared on my bank 's end as well for payment. This is outrageous and I will not stop until there is a sensible resolution and a letter is submitted to myself and husband that debt is resolved, settled, and no monies are owed.

on XX/XX/2019 I received a call from a private number. The representative, XXXX XXXX stated she had some very important legal documents that required my signature and she wanted to schedule a date for her to come out and deliver those documents to me personally. I asked her who she worked for and what company issued those documents. She stated she worked for XXXX and gave me a number to call to find out who sent the legal documents. I took number given to me and disconnected the call. I then called the number listed and spoke with XXXX XXXX who stated he was retained to settle a legal issue with Confident Financial Solutions ( CSR ). He then went on to imply that I was in trouble regarding this " legal matter '' Once I obtained the account information, I asked for a physical address to send a cease and desist letter. I explained to him that implying legal consequences for collecting was in violation of FDCPA, he attempted to say that I could be in legal jeopardy, however when I told him I was going to file a complaint, he transferred me to XXXX. XXXX said he was in the financial department and attempted to imply that legally I could have a legal consequences filed against me. Once I told him I knew my rights as a consumer, he backed down agreed that I was not in danger of legal action and both collectors before him should have read my Mini-Miranda rights ( which NONE of those mentioned above did at any time during either phone call ) XXXX said he would take my number out of their data base after I told him I would speak with the original creditor to set up payment arrangements. The call was disconnected after XXXX said he would refer my complaints to management. After disconnecting the call I phone the original creditor to ask who they placed my account with, I was told the account was placed in another collection agency called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I have also been given the name of another collection agency that they could be calling from as well XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NY XXXX

I got a call from unknown number XXXX. I did not answer as I was at work. The number then called my boyfriend. I got on the line and a gentleman told me he was trying to serve me papers and was not sure what it was about but to call number XXXXI was not able to get to that number so called the XXXX back and told they could connect. This caused red flags as it was the same guy and he did not offer to connect me before. I was connected to a man named XXXX. He told me he was collecting for a debt I owed. I explained I was at work and unable to talk but could call back, XXXX told me he had to have me pay XXXX plus today or they would call my HR. I told him to do what needed to be done and the call ended. 5 minutes later XXXX called my work number XXXX. I advised that he could not call this number as it was my work number and they had my personal cell to call. XXXX said I could not tell him not to call. I asked if he was a collection agency and he said no. I advised that if he was a collection agency I have the right to tell him not to call my job, he said I sounded XXXX and asked me to transfer him to HR. I told him no and to verify my employment to use the work number. He asked if I had that number I told him no but he could XXXX it, I told him I did not know the employer code but if he went to the site and typed in the name he could find it. At that point XXXX screamed at me to transfer him to HR. I stated did you just yell at me on my job phone. I told him this call is being disconnected and hung up.

I requested not to be called by Confident financial Solutions. I spoke to them and let them know my husband had been moved to bi-weekly paychecks and I would make a payment when I can. I have been recieving phone calls Daily even though I asked them not to. It is bad enough I stopped answering my phone. Then I began recieving email a couple times a day. They also began calling my Mother in law and Father in law at home and work. They discussed my loan even though my In laws are not on this loan at all. The final straw arrived today XX/XX/XXXX. I received a message on my work XXXX page. They made it seem like I was a friend they had lost contact with and was double checking I hadn't changed my number. When I said I didn't know who they were they responded. " I am with Confident Financial Solutions. I have Great news for you. Can you call today at XXXX '' This is beyond unprofessional and I am now scared to even answer customers questions on my XXXX account. The fact that they used an employees XXXX to contact me is unethical and wrong.

I paid the total balance of {$4000.00} to Dignifi formerly Confident Financial Solutions via electronic transfer from XXXX using the same account number but Dignifi sent another bill that they did not receive my payment charging me late fee and their customer Rep told me that they're not affiliated with Confident Financial Solutions with instructions to get my payment from Confident Financial Solutions and pay Dignifi using the same account number. Many times attempted to call Confident Financial Solutions but it transfers and brings me back to Dignifi company ... so where did my payment of {$4000.00} go then? Please help me get my money back and find out if Dignifi formerly Confident Financial Solutions still even exist. Thank you and may XXXX help and bless you and your good office.

I received my Credit Report from all 3 credit bureaus, & a Inquiry is showing for CONFIDENT FINL SLTNS/W on XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX. It is showing that someone tried to apply for a credit card from CONFIDENT FINL SLTNS/ using my identity. I have never tried to apply for a credit card from any company as I have no effort and do not wish to have credit cards. Also I am victim of fraud and are taking the necessary steps to resolved this matter as well. I have called CONFIDENT FINL SLTNS and explaining that this was fraudulent and have spoken with several representatives but have not been successful of getting this Inquiry removed. This mark is very damaging to my credit and I have no knowledge of this, and will like to have this removed expeditiously.

While I was attempting to fix the issue with XXXX, Confident Financial Solutions would call me 4-5 a day back to back and would leave me 2-3 emails.
