Hello I decided to get A car from a dealer in year XXXX and had to pay a company called Cfs acceptance The payments were made monthly in the amount of XXXX $ sometimes XXXX $ monthly since XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I never bothered even thinking that once I paid off my car I was not going to have car title. I paid for it so I deserve my car title I attempted to call text email, going to their place and they were never there I waited and waited it 's time consuming, stress, ca n't sleep I want to know what can I do so I can get my car title one of the front desk ladies from cfs acceptance company told me now you will be making payment to a new company called XXXX XXXX XXXX so I asked why and how schould I make the payments same way you are now she says so I did I never had a problem with them so I made my payments through the XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX I call cfs acceptance she gives me XXXX XXXX phone number so I can know my balance because I realize I think I over paid my car I schould be done. By now since I made calculations on my calendar So I call and XXXX XXXX XXXX says we have n't received payments since XXXX XXXX I 'm like wait a minute their must be a mistake so I have receipts of all payments made to cfs acceptance and where is the money that was deposited in XXXX XXXX card since XXXX who kept funds? Since they were never transferred to the new company since they were taking over I do n't understand I told XXXX XXXX my situation and they ca n't do much for me even if I sent them my receipt proof of payment they never received any payment since XXXX so according to them I wo n't be credited for amount paid please reach out to me and let me know what schould I do what will be next step

I was called by a gentleman from CFS who states that he was contacting me for XXXX XXXX because I supposedly owe {$480.00} for a payday loan ( alleged account # XXXX ) that I supposedly took out with a bad checking account back in 2012. He could not provide me with any information about the company that I supposedly took the loan with and said that I could not talk to XXXX XXXX because it would be a conflict of interest. The phone # is XXXX and ext # is XXXX
