Called XXXX to ask if they were receiving any money from me because I had been sending payments through my bank account to Certify Student Services loan company. The representative at XXXX informed me that they do not work with 3rd party companies and that there should be no money coming out of my account right now because all student loans were frozen until further notice. Then I was told to report the company. I Informed XXXX that Certify Student Services had been taking money out of my bank account since XXXX of 2022 for {$120.00}. Then told by representative that they have not received anything and to please report the company because they are not on the list of companies to handle student loans. And if I am lucky, I may be able to get some of or all of the money back.
