I contacted Certified Bureau of the south on XX/XX/XXXX regarding two accounts showing on my credit report. They were previously disputed and was told both were verified yet XXXX couldnt tell me how they were verified because I was able to provide proof of payment dated XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX has supposedly escalated the issue.
In my call with XXXX I was told that I didnt owe anything with Certified Bureau of the South and they werent reporting anything. I asked to speak to someone who could look into the issue further and XXXX disconnected the call. I called back several times and no one answered the phone. On XX/XX/XXXX, I had to block my number to get someone to answer my call. I was then told again by XXXX that I didnt owe anything and she had record of my payment from XX/XX/XXXX. When I asked for someone to help with the reporting I was then put on the phone with XXXX who also assured me I didnt owe anything. When I pressured them about my credit report XXXX suddenly found two open accounts that arent linked to my Social security number I explained that the payment was made for them in XX/XX/XXXX. She had record of my payment but wasnt sure why these were still showing up. I again asked to speak to someone who could correct the matter and XXXX then said she would have to have someone call me back.
I have not been contacted and they no longer answer the phone when I call. I have proof of payment from Chase bank made in XX/XX/XXXX.

I believe I have been a victim of identity theft and I attempted to dispute this information with the XXXX credit bureau. The items I have disputed do not relate to any transactions that I made or authorized. Pursuant of the FCRA and the FDCPA, I now exercise my lawful right to question the validity of these debts your agency claims I owe. I understand the collection agency is suppose to suspend all collection activity until they provide me with some info abut this debt. Through my dispute with XXXX they claimed this account was proven as valid and remain on my credit report without providing me with any information about the debt such as an original bill or something with my unique signature on it. I dont believe XXXX is truly investigating these disputes and are playing with consumers ability to obtain credit. I am just now realizing the importance of credit which is why I am just now going over my credit report and for these companies to play with consumers livelihood like they are doing is just not right. The information that I am concerned about is as follows ; Collection agency : Certified Bureau of So Col Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Opened : XXXX XXXX , XXXX Balance : {$230.00} Collection Agency : Certified Bureau of So Col Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX e Opened : XXXX XXXX , XXXX Balance : {$83.00}

I truly do n't believe these credit bureaus such as XXXX are taking their consumers concerns seriously. I have been disputing 2 medical debts on my credit report for the past two months. Everytime it c omes back that the debt is proven to be vaild. I then requested a copy of my credit report. I call the collection agency and the date of birth that they have on file is not the same date of birth on my XXXX credit report so how can the debt be valid? I dont believe this situation has been investigated at all because if it had been investigated the debts would have been removed from my credit report just for the simple fact that the date of birth does n't match up. The collections are as followed ; Certified Bureau of So Col Opened : XXXX XXXX , XXXX Original creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Balance : {$230.00} Certified Bureau of So Col Opened : XXXX XXXX , XXXX Original creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Balance : {$83.00}
