I first received a letter saying I owed for a medical service with no date. When I wrote to them and told them I never dealt with this practice or had this service, the sent me another bill with a date of XX/XX/2018. I then wrote to them and told them this is not my debt, I had and have, health insurance during that time period and they have no record of me being billed by this company or that service. I have since had multiple phone calls from them as well as another bill dated XX/XX/2018 after I told them this is not my debt, stop contacting me. Each bill has a slightly different variation of this companys name.

I received a call from century financial. My main concern is that the number they called on was not their number!! it was actually the number of my daughters XXXX office which we paid off 3 years ago when she had her XXXX. I believe they can not falsely identify themselves and they certainly have! I do n't understand how they can call on a number i have saved in my phone, but I think it 's wrong and I do not think they should be allowed to do that! Very disturbing and bad business practice. It wasnt even my debt!!!

On XX/XX/21 I received a first collections letter from Century financial service requesting immediate payment for " medical services ''. On XX/XX/21 I sent by certified mail a debt validation letter to Century financial services. Instead of they sent a list of my medical records diagnosis which I know is a direct violation of my HIPPA regulations. I never signed a HIPPA form authorizing them to have access to this information. Please cease all collection activities immediately.

Century Financial Services is owned by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. They billed me twice for the same bill and were paid twice for the same bill. They cashed a check on XX/XX/19 {$100.00} and an additional one on XX/XX/19 {$100.00}. Received a notice in the mail telling me I was sent to collections ( Century Financial Services ) for a past due balance of {$100.00} but they actually owe me {$100.00}!!!! Century Financial insists I owe {$100.00}.

Century Financial Services is continually leaving automated messages stating " This is attempt to collect a debt. Call us at XXXX '' without stating who they are calling for. There is no way to reach a live person and I have never heard of this company before.

I very often get phone calls from ( XXXX ) XXXX and when I answer it is the same female robotic voice telling me Century Financi is trying to collect a debt which I do not have any debt. When I call back the number, no one answers.
