We started pool service with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX when we moved into our home in XX/XX/2017. All went well until the following year in XXXX. The service was handed off to someone new. The parts broke often, the baskets and filters were filled with leaves, we often bought chemicals as the pools chemical composition was a mess, our backyard completely flooded and the last straw was when our pool turned green all while we had a weekly pool service. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has turned our bill over to Century Debt Solutions who we have tried to make contact with multiple times to no avail. XXXX now claims that we owe {$250.00}. This is false. We cancelled our service in writing on XX/XX/XXXX. The owner continued to bill us {$90.00} and I made many attempts to contact him, all of which received no response. In the past, if there was a problem, he would respond. Once we cancelled, no such luck ; Although he did continue to bill us ... this has been a ridiculous nightmare that I would like to go away. The owner did finally reach out to us to let us know we would have to strictly deal with the debt collectors, now they will not respond either. Our final bill shows as {$90.00}, not {$250.00}. He had agreed to forgo The last payment due to the fact that the service was awful. I tried to contact him many times through e mail, text, and voicemails with no response.

I PUT A COLLECTION MATTER WITH THIS COMPANY WHO ASSURED ME WITH WHAT I HAVE A I HAVE A LEGAL CASE THEY TRANSFERRED FILE TO LAW OFFICE OF XXXX XXXX I PAID CENTURY DEBT SOLUTIONS UPFRONT FOR LEGAL COST ONLY TO FIND OUT I NEEDED MORE INFORMATION THAT SUPPORT MY CLAIM THE LAW OFFICE CLOSED THE FILE SENT IT BACK TO CENTURY AND NOW THEY DO NOT WANT TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK WHEN THEY DID NOTHING I FILED COMPLAINT WITH XXXX BUT THE LIED AND SAID FILE STILL OPEN WITH THE LAW OFFICE WHICH IS CLOSED

Century Debt Solutions , Inc. called me about XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX where they never installed a garage door and took my {$2400.00} deposit and never paid it back. Now the owner of XXXX XXXX contacted this corrupt collections company to go after the deposit they owe me.
