My name is XXXX XXXX. I live at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX I started working for XXXX XXXX services In the state of XXXX . I had worked for them 5 years ago under the name XXXX security in the state of Kentucky. They reassigned me the employee ID number I had 5 years ago. My check had been garnished by XXXX XXXX, attorney at law in XXXX, Ky on behalf of XXXX XXXX Hospital, also in XXXX, Ky when I had worked for XXXX XXXX. The Garnishment started back up when I went to work for XXXX security services this past XX/XX/XXXX.
on XX/XX/XXXX I contacted XXXX XXXX Hospital and was told that I had no active accounts there, so XX/XX/XXXX I contacted XXXX XXXX 's office and was told by a representative there that they had turned the account over to Central Kentucky Collections in XXXX, Ky. The representative for XXXX XXXX also said that they had not received any kind of payments from Central Kentucky Collections.on XX/XX/XXXX I contacted Central Kentucky Collections and spoke to a representative and he told me that, that account had been paid off since XX/XX/XXXX, but he would take notes and send then to XXXX XXXX, owner and manager or Central Kentucky Collections, on XX/XX/XXXX I called Central Kentucky Collections and spoke to XXXX XXXX and she told me she has been sending payments to XXXX XXXX 's Office for accrued interest and court costs.There was no more mention of the account being paid since XX/XX/XXXX. So I decided to file a complaint with you all because it seems like Im getting the run around.
