I XXXX XXXX have an issue with the company Priority buy here pay here located in XXXX on XXXX XXXX. Please help me. They sold me a car in XXXX and after 5 months the cars transmission went out. They kept my car for a week and when I got the car back on XXXX the XX/XX/XXXX, the car started leaking transmission fluid and gave me the same issues before I took it to them. They gave me the car back from them and stated after they assumed to fix the transmission that I needed an oil change. I asked them to do everything they needed to do to fix my car and they did n't. They stated I did n't need the passanger window to roll down in order for them to inspect it. They also stated that " it woulda been more money for them to fix the flickering lights on the inside of the dashboard. They also stated that they were no responsible for the car. Not only did they not fix the transmission, they sold me a lemon. As soon as I purchased the car I was having some electrical issues with it and could never get a hold of anyone to assist me with doing so. Finally once I submitted a notice online on their website they called me back about my issue. I still had to purchase a rental car for a whole week totaling XXXX dollars. I can be reached at XXXX.

From XXXX I have been receiving harrassing and repeated phone calls from XXXX XXXX in regards to my car payment that I am currently behind on Dud to Covid -19 which my hours were cut .. I asked the rep if she could assist me to help me get on track by asking if she could defer my payment. XXXX told me in a very rude way that I needed to make my payment or she was going to repo my car. I then tried to explain to her that Im doing the best that I can an just needed the assistance since Ive gotten my hours back. And she began to talk to me as if I was a child and went on to belittle my situation that I was in due to covid. I have tried to Contact her manager and she told me I could not speak to him I had to deal with her only. When I did leave a message for him to call me back he had her to call me back and she threaten to take my car if I did not pay she calls an text me repeatedly to the point that its turned into harassment. Ive asked on numerous occasions to have another rep to work with because she is very nasty and rude.

XX/XX/2021 A call was placed to my job asking personal questions from a co worker when called the finance company back I asked XXXX XXXX not to call my job she said shes going to do whatever she wants and she will continue to call my job when she wants to. When she called my job my co worker answered the phone with the greeting thank you for calling XXXX financial how can I help you XXXX advised my co worker that this number is listed as a home number for me in XXXX and proceeded to badger my co worker asking questions my co worker advised her due to privacy reasons she could not disclose the location of my job and XXXX continued to try to get information. I have been embarrassed because now everyone on my job thinks someone was trying to repo my car.

XX/XX/2019 my account manager XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX IN XXXX, VA XXXX talks to me every rude because my car payment was late advised I was going through some financial issues and then she begin to ask me why cant XXXX people never pay there bills on time .. I have had issues with her or more then one occasion. I have addressed her manager and he assured me I would never be spoken to in a rude manner again. and nothing has changed.,. it has been to the point where ive disconnected the call due to rude behavior and she has call back threatening to take legal action on me and I cant handle it .. she calls me all day every hour on the hour. its to the point where I have to cut my ringer off.
