Absolutely horrible, horrible, horrible company!!! They steal your money and make a bunch of promises that they are in no position to keep! They are unethical, fraudulent, dishonest, thieves!
When I called to cancel and stated I want my money back, over {$2400.00}, they told me they spent it all! I dont know where how or they spent it, but it wasnt on anything do with me! I asked for documentation on how my money was spent/distributed, and I was told they didnt have a record of that! That, is stealing!!!
They took XXXX ACH drafts, {$400.00} each for a total of {$2400.00}. They did nothing, nor is there any record of where my money was deposited, let alone how it was distributed! None of my cc companies have been contacted. I received a letter from one of the credit bureaus that what the company is doing is against the law and they are not authorized to be doing what they are doing on my behalf and that their practices are illegal! I had been asking for documentation for several weeks! Sent several emails which questioned what they are doing. They just kept taking money!
When they take your money there is XXXX visibility to any bank account tied back to me or what they promised they would be doing on my behalf. In fact, they just use an open ACH draft, so the only way to stop them from taking my money was to close my checking account!
Its all sketchy and bait and switch scam!!!
Run, run, run!!!
I want my money back and I want it now! I will also be filing a claim with the attorney general and I would encourage anyone else who fell victim to their thievery to do the same. They need to be shut down!!!

In XX/XX/XXXX I was called by CDS XXXX who reported to have been referred to me through a recent XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. They claimed that if began paying them a monthly fee of XXXX Dollars for 6 to 18 months, I would resolve my XXXX XXXX credit card debt with XXXX XXXX. I was advised to pay this through an ACH check tht they cashed every month for a year. My credit score would be improved be either A ) Canceling the debt through requests to the 3 credit bureaus or B ) settling the debt amount with XXXX XXXX if the first option was not successful. I was advised to stop paying the credit card debt and avoid contact with the creditors/ advise them I am now working with CDS financial. In XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX claimed that my account was now resolved and my credit score was XXXX points higher through the credit monitoring service they offered. My credit score is XXXX points lower on all other services such as XXXX and XXXX XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX I was served with a Law suit for the credit card debt. Since then, XXXX XXXX has written a fraudulent letter stating they are negotiating a debt settlement with XXXX XXXX. I am now forced to pay this debt through a law suit. When asked for a refund due to the lack of services provides, they reported they could not refund any money because the account was closed in XXXX, They have not offered any help and have avoided contact since this. They have simply taken over XXXX of my money and advised me to damage my credit score. I now understand credit repair is a very unregulated market and is exploiting vulnrable people trying to rebuild their financial wellness

Back on XX/XX/XXXX I received an email from XXXX XXXX XXXX.
I followed the instructions and called the number. I was told that based on my credit score, I would have to enroll in their debt relief program through CDS Financial for 30 to 60 days for them to work on my credit score. They said they would get accounts dropped from my credit report so that I would qualify for the loan described on the document. They even said I would qualify for even more money. On XX/XX/XXXX I signed an agreement and agreed to pay {$270.00} a month. I called them after 30 days and again after 60 days. Each time they said they needed more time.
So, I called in XXXX and XXXX notifying them that I had not heard from the about any progress being made on my credit report. In XXXX when I called they offered to defer my XXXX payment, which I excepted. But shortly after that I found out that one of my accounts listed with them ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) had been charged off, which lowered my credit score. I immediately called the and told them that wanted to cancel my agreement. I asked them for an email confirming the cancellation. I received that email on XX/XX/XXXX. ( Enclosed ) Since then I have called almost everyday asking about my refund. I get no answers as to when I will receive it. The last thing I was told was that there XXXX department has been down for over 30 days, which I don't believe. My refund should be {$1100.00} which is XXXX.

on XXXX, I spoke with XXXX XXXX and by the way I have spoken with him and his supervisor XXXX on several occasion and when I would ask them for some kind of paperwork or just even call my creditors, they said they have but when I spoke with my creditors, they never heard anything from XXXX XXXX XXXX, CDS. All three of my creditors are now in charge off and I asked them for my full refund because this company have not and did not do what they promised, I can be reached at XXXX and yes i have their number XXXX, thank you for your help with this matter

We hired CDS Debt Relief in XX/XX/XXXX and over the course of over 2 years have paid them over {$11000.00} to settle our debts. CDS never settled any of them, and also never even contacted any of my creditors. I ended up resolving all of the debt myself and have asked for CDS to refund our money. This was asked in XX/XX/XXXX and to date, CDS has not refunded our money nor made any attempt to resolve this issue.

XXXX I contact the company by phone and email. They took funds out of my account after the agreement was to hold the payment until the next. They said they will refund money!
