This loan request was to be used for personal, family and household purposes. Pursuant to 12 C.F.R. 1002.9 ( b ) ( 2 ) and 15 U.S. Code 1681a ( k ) affiant is aware you are unable to deny credit due to credit score. This is adverse action and violates consumer rights as well as Equal Credit Opportunity. Prohibited Practices 12 C.F.R. 1002.4 Regulation B contains 2 comprehensive prohibitions against discriminatory practices : 1 ) A creditor shall not discriminate against an applicant on a prohibited basis regarding aspect of a credit transaction. 2 ) A creditor shall not make any oral or written statement, in advertising or otherwise applicants or prospective applicants that would discourage, on a prohibited basis, a reasonable person from making or pursuing an application. A creditor may not advertise its credit services and practices in ways that would tend to encourage some types of borrowers and discourage others on a prohibited basis. In additional a creditor may not use prescreening tactics likely to discourage potential applicants on a prohibited basis. Instructions to loan officers or brokers to use scripts, rate quotes, or other means to discourage applicants from applying for credit prohibited basis are also prohibited. I read all of your privacy policies and it says you gather information from third party sources to make determinations about me, my credit determination, and my account along sharing my information personally identifiable and anything else you deem fit to them. I found out not only is that illegal, but its violating my rights Pursuant to 18 U.S. Code 1028A - Aggravated identity theft. ( Exhibit J ) The use of consumer disclosures not direct to the person being considered is illegal. You did not ask someone who knew me personally about me spending habits and as a result you charged be higher interest rates and that is illegal. In XX/XX/2018 I was a victim of Identity theft, someone was using my Identity to open up accounts, and get loans. I found out when I pulled my credit report, because I was looking to purchase. I was shock to see that there were many accounts I did not open. I contacted the police department, and filed a report, as well as filed a Identity theft report. I then spoke to all three credit companys, and requested reports from every credit company. I seen that somone was using my Identity with a different driver license, to open accounts through XXXX XXXX XXXX, and many other banks for lines of credit. Then I got a letter from some online payday place called XXXX XXXX, about a loan that was made for the amount of XXXX to the fraud account with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I do not have account with XXXX XXXX XXXX, and or a loan with this company. I spoke with XXXX XXXX XXXX and they alerted the account as fraud. I spoke to XXXX XXXX boy was that a mistake rude did not care lied was on the phone for two hours, was told that if I payed XXXX hafe of the fraud loan that was obtain with this fraud XXXX XXXX XXXX that they would not report me to collections, and all the credit companys, and XXXX. No heart they did not beilve me even after I told them I have proof.

I emailed CheckCity on XX/XX/XXXX because the website would not accept my correct payday, but it had my withdrawal date a few days before I got paid. The customer service rep fixed the problem in their records to be withdrawn on XXXXXX/XX/XXXX, though if did n't show up on the website. They assured me about twice not to worry.

I looked this morning, XX/XX/XXXX, and my bank account showed a negative balance of {$350.00} ( because I had a previous negative balance of {$58.00} until I got paid on XX/XX/XXXX). I had just perfectly figured out my finances for XX/XX/XXXX, so I was extremely upset when I saw this. This money was not supposed to be withdrawn until XX/XX/XXXX. I emailed to demand they fix this error and am awaiting a reply.

I will never use CheckCity again!

I have a balance owed with this company ( the Collections department. ) They repeatedly call with no one on the other line when I answer. They also call and do not leave messages, and then email me that they were unable to reach me by phone. I have emailed them to set up payment arrangements but told them in the email not to call me before XXXX because I am working during that time, and that email is the preferred method of contact to reach me. Even after that email sent XX/XX/2018, I have received two more calls since, where no one was on the other line when I picked up. This is very disruptive and harassing.

XXXX from XXXX XXXX keeps calling me at work after I told her numerous times to stop, including an email. She tells my employer that I need to pay my payday loan off. This is embarrassing and causing problems at work.
