I am receiving letters that are addressed like they are from my lender, however, they are really from third party companies phishing for people to sign up for a loan protection. Not only are the letters worded as though they are from or on behalf of the lender ( misrepresentation ), they also include specific information such as the exact loan amount which I find to be a breach of personal information.
