On XX/XX/2018 I refinance a personal loan with cash security in XXXX Oklahoma on XX/XX/XXXX I dropped off the check before opening for my payment. A 10-day grace period is given by the company before a late fee is charged and this is the first time in the 10 loans I've had with them that I have been close to being late. On Wednesday I noticed that the check hadn't cleared my bank and contacted my bank and they let me know that the funds had been taken out on Tuesday for another bill and that that check was going to be returned so I had my father go in and make the payment that Wednesday the company got the check returned Thursday XX/XX/XXXX and the system gave me both a late fee and a returned check fee I asked the lady if there was anything I could do to get the late fee removed since I had never had one and had been a good customer for several years .she said there wasn't anything they could do. I made my principal payment of XXXX on time in XX/XX/XXXX plus another {$3.00} towards the late fee I asked the lady if I could carry it over until the next month and that I would take care of the rest of the late fee then and she assured me that that would be fine a week later I got a call from the lady at cash security asking when I'd be able to take care of the rest of the {$40.00} that is due and I told her that I planned on taking care of it when I made my payment in XX/XX/XXXX she said okay but yet then again a few days later I got another call from the lady at cash security just to let me know that the {$40.00} had went up to {$60.00} I asked her what happened and she didn't know so we had to get ahold of the Regional manager that explain to me that their system didn't put my payment towards the principal. It had first taken care of the late fees so I got another late fee because of the principle that was left die. No one told me that's how their system worked. It isnt stated in the contract and no one informed me that I would receive another late fee on my late fee. I got a hold of the regional manager again and try to get the mailing address for the main office that I told was in XXXX XXXX but they never would return my calls. I have been a very good customer for them for a long time now and it bothers me to think that they're doing this to other people. they had several opportunities to inform me that I would receive a late fee and that my principal wasn't taken care of when I made my principal payment. In my opinion this practice of theirs is extremely unethical. On top of the confusion and the Shady practices I've been receiving letters saying they don't know why I'm behind and text messages from this company although I've asked them not to text me and had set up a payment for XX/XX/XXXX already

In XXXX I was contacted by the company in reference to a monthly payment. I informed them I couldn't pay the full amount due to having XXXX, but I could pay the majority. The rep said that would be fine and she would contact me in XXXX to set up new payment arrangements. In XXXX I was contacted by another representative asking about payment. I attempted to remit the payment by phone, but was told it could not be accepted. A week later, I received another call and spoke with a different representative who advised me {$50.00} was not good enough, and he needed the full amount owed on the account. I advised him I could only pay {$50.00} right now, and he declined to take the payment, again stating he needed the full account balance, and until I paid that he would continue calling and take other measures up to and including court. Since then, they have called nearly everyday and have been given the same information with the same response. They are also calling my friends and family saying my phone is disconnected and they are seeking me to sue for the remaining balance. Today, XX/XX/XXXX I received a call from the regional supervisor. I advised her of the previous conversation, and she said there were no notes and the account notes reflected they had not heard from me since XXXX. This is a false statement since I have been paying monthly throughout XXXX. I informed her of the refused payments, in which she stated there were no notes. She consistently talked over me, not allowing me to speak saying, " If you had paid the full amount, we wouldn't be calling. '' She asked me twice to stop cursing at her, and not once had I used any foul language. She then said she was hanging up on me, due to my language and again, not one time had I used foul language. In fact, I was hardly allowed to speak without her speaking over me. In the past, this company has been harassing in nature to the point of having to file a formal complaint with the local court, due to an employee threatening to have me thrown in jail and my kids put into fostercare.

I started receiving harassing and threatening phone calls and text messages from a guy who told one of my old coworkers we were old friends whom also lied to me when I asked who the person was and claimed we were friends. After several attempts to get the person to identify themselves he then said he was calling on behalf of a payday loan company and proceeded again to make threats towards myself and my family. I contacted the company and explained all of this to them and asked what was going on and they said i owed money and that was their processor. This loan was from 3 years ago and to my knowledge was paid off in full. i asked to speak to the manager that helped me and they refused to give me any information on the person, I later found out that person was let go from their job I began to explain I just came back into town nd no one has ever contacted me regarding this debt. the person began to cut me off and get very hostile over the phone, i explained all the documents I had I had to locate due to loss of item from a disaster. they refused to work with me and continued to have that guy threaten and harass me and my family, after explaining to the company I do not have a place to live, no vehicle due to the circumstances I'm going through and looking for a new job because right now I'm only making $ XXXX/hr and tried to get a settlement amount and I did not feel comfortable nor safe because of the threats from their processor their response was they don't care and he will continue to harass me. I complained to the district manager and that person was even ruder towards me and lied saying they would have someone else contact me. the next day that guy came into my work place causing a big scene threatening me and throwing papers at me then called me XXXX slurs. I am completely appalled and disgusted by these people and this company. i tried contacting the owners and they never returned my calls.

I spoke with XXXX, an employee, on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX, in regards to my payment. Monday, XX/XX/XXXX, was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and the banks were not opened to receive my unemployment payment. I explained to XXXX, that I did not get paid on the XXXX because of this, and that I no longer had transportation. She advised me that she would extend out my payment for five days, so that I could send it by mail, and to give me extra time due to negative, below zero temperatures, and that I'd have to walk to mail the payment. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a voicemail from XXXX, the Vice President of Operations, stating that he had not heard from me since making the agreement. I returned his phone call on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX. Upon speaking with him, I hold told him that I had spoke with XXXX the previous day, and she'd extended the payment due to weather and the holiday. He said, " I make the decisions around here, and what I say is gospel. You need to get in here to make the payment, or I will file a hearing of assests, issue a bench warrant, and have you thrown in jail. You won't have to worry about being a single mother, if you're sitting in jail. '' This is the second time he has threatened to " throw me in jail '' for not paying him the way he would like to be paid. The last time he threatened me with jail, is because I asked for a payment arrangement, due to losing my job and being a single mother. Again, he also stated, if I were sitting in jail, I wouldn't have to worry about using the single mother excuse.
