On XX/XX/XXXX an employee from Cash express called me and questioned me about a collect from XXXX. I told her this had been resolved because it ended in a judgement being filed against me. She apologized and said she would call back after she got more information. About 10 minutes later I get a call from a XXXX XXXX XXXX employee named XXXX. She informs me that I owe them {$840.00} dollars for a debt owed to cash express and that this includes interest. I inform XXXX that I had resolved with a prior collections agency ( because we agreed on a lesser amount years ago ). She tells me that I did not have a written agreement and I owe them {$840.00}. She proceeds to tell me that I made payments to XXXX something and that the last payment was in XX/XX/XXXX and that it's my responsibly to keep up with my debt and I owe {$840.00}. I tell XXXX that I can not afford that amount and that was not what I had agreed to with the other company. She tells me this is what I owe and asks me what I make and she will see what she can do and places me on hold. She comes back and says I do bi-weekly XXXX dollar payments. I asked XXXX when the last payment shows to the other company and tell her that I'm looking at the statute of limitations, at which point she cuts me off and her tone becomes more aggressive toward me. She states harshly, " you can get an attorney if you need '', and I stop her and tell her I will if I need to. She lashed back at me " There is a judgement out against you in XXXX XXXX! '' I start reading about they have 6 years to collect on a debt and before I can ask her a question. She barks, " We have 15-20 years for a judgement! '' I tell XXXX that I am just trying to get all the information, she tells me that she will not work with me. She tells me you owe {$840.00} dollars and you have 10 days to pay!. I again tell her that I can not pay that, and most definitely not in that time frame. She then says, " Well I can not work with you! '' I tell her I need something in writing, she refuses and tells me she refuses to work with me and hangs up. Annoyed I call cash express back and tell them what happened. The same lady who originally called me apologizes and says she will talk to her super, and proceeds to tell me that they had not flag my account right in the system after the judgement, but she had fixed it. Then she gave me her supervisors number. I called XXXX, and told her what had happened and she said she would speak with the owner and call me back. She still has not. After I got off the phone with all of them, I called XXXX XXXX XXXX back to try to get the information I was needing and had tried to request from XXXX. A women answers the phone and asks who is calling. I tell her I am not willing to divulge the information. All she needed to know was I had a bad experience with an employee there and needed to speak to someone in charge. She transfers me back to XXXX who is still angry and you can hear it in the tone of her voice. I tell her I can tell she is upset, but all I'm trying to do is get the information I need. She continue to take a harsh tone with me, so I tell her that it's unacceptable. I'm in XXXX and that I am not being rude or getting upset with her. I'm just trying to get all the facts. Still in a harsh tone, " We can not come to an agreement! I can not work with you!. '' I tell her I'm trying to work with you. " I know, I am refusing to work with you! ' and she hung up on me again. On the XX/XX/XXXXI get papers from XXXX XXXX XXXX dated for the XX/XX/XXXX that says that they are basically working on behalf of cash express.

I applied for a flex loan with Cash Express last year. The employee told me that it would be cheaper than the current loan I had with them and we could pay my current loan off with the new loan. When I got my first statement, I realized that the employee had not been truthful. The previous loan I had was only due once a month with low interest. The new loan is due every two weeks with 279.5 % interest. Soon after I went in to make my payment and the store had new employees. They looked over my file and realized that the employee who originally filed my application was not truthful about my monthly income. Without my knowledge she put on the application that my income was significantly higher than it really is. I also noticed that my statement sent in the mail did not match what they verbally said that I owe every two weeks. My statement shows that I owe a payment monthly. When I questioned them about this, they said that my statement is not correct. They said that the amount on my statement is actually split into two payments that are due every payday. Around XX/XX/XXXX when I called and asked how much my payment was they said they weren't sure because there was something wrong with their system. They said just pay whatever, like {$100.00}. I did as they requested. Soon after, the location I had been going to closed down. They told me I needed to work with another location. The manager from the other location called me on XX/XX/XXXX around XXXX XXXX. She told me that even though I made a payment of {$120.00} on XX/XX/XXXX that I needed to bring in {$99.00} by XXXX XXXX or they would ACH my account. I told them that I wasn't aware of any money due and had not received a statement reflecting that. She said the past due amount was from previous months when the employee at the other location was telling me to pay whatever I wanted. I explained to her that I did not have the money in my account and I needed them to hold it until XX/XX/XXXX since I wasn't even aware until that day that it was owed. She agreed to hold it until XX/XX/XXXX. She did not do as she agreed. She sent through an ACH on my account that evening, XX/XX/XXXX, after saying she would hold it. My concern now is that my statement every month is not matching what I owe. For example, my statement for XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX that I received yesterday shows that I have {$210.00} due on XX/XX/XXXX. The manager called me yesterday demanding that I pay {$130.00} by XXXX XXXX or they would ACH my account. I called and spoke with the district manager today, XX/XX/XXXX and told her that I was filling the report and would not pay until XX/XX/XXXX as my payment reflects.

XXXX was the lady who set up my flex loan and payday loan. I had only met her through lending relations. I had been making payments promptly as required. I work full-time at a similar company and as needed at XXXX XXXX. I work at XXXX XXXX usually around the busy holidays and special events such as graduations. XXXX XXXX XXXX weekend I worked Friday evening, Saturday night, and all day that Sunday. I was confronted by XXXX 's husband XXXX. XXXX is the Cash Express employee who processed my loans. XXXX 's husband, XXXX, works in the XXXX at XXXX XXXX. I rarely see or speak to him even when I am working due to his position. However, XXXX XXXX XXXX weekend when I worked he approached me saying, " I did n't know you knew my wife? '' I asked who his wife was and how I 'd know her. XXXX stated, " You owe my girl money! '' I laughed and told him to shut up. He stated, " I 'm serious. '' I asked how I owed his wife money. He said " My wife is the XXXX woman at Cash Express. '' I told him I did n't owe them anything. He said, " Oh, you must have paid them off. '' I told XXXX to leave me alone and walked off. He laughed and said, " We all broke around here ''. After XXXX XXXX XXXX weekend, that following Monday, I was due for my payments at Cash Express. I received two calls from the XXXX XXXX XXXX location but I did n't answer. The calls persisted for 2-3 days. I assumed they deposited the check and it returned back to them. I received a call from a different number that was n't one of their store numbers ; maybe a personal number. XXXX stated her name and I told her I was going to do a Debt Consolidation to pay the two accounts with them off and that I did n't want any communication with her after the call. She stated her company does n't work with payday consolidation companies, I said okay. She said she will be taking me to court and hung up. I was never going to make a complaint on anyone or the company itself, but when she verbally threatened to take me to court and now I 've received court papers, I have no choice. My privacy was invaded and personal information was given to someone that should 've never known about it. I know the lending laws and I do not approve of how she shared customer information with her husband regardless of him working at a job I work at here and there. I am very distraught about the whole situation and having to report a business for something that should 've never gotten out of hand!

I have disputed this loan with cash express as a precaution as I had a couple other payday loans that were taking out in my name, and I just want to verify that this was indeed me as a safety precaution. I requested on XX/XX/XXXX for information to be mailed to my address of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX KY XXXX. Which has been my address since XX/XX/XXXX. Instead of mailing me the information, I received notifications from lawyers that cash express filed a lawsuit against me, Under an address that I have notified cash express that I do not live at. Disclosing information to a family member. I then called cash express at the end of XXXX and they told me that they supposedly emailed me the information i requested however i have search and chatted with XXXX and they are not showing that an email was sent to my email of XXXX. I then spoke to XXXX in compliance who told me that he would Mail me out the information that I requested. Instead I got a letter today that tells me that I need to file a police report and provide them with my identification before they provide me with any of the requested information, why would I file a police report on something I am trying to verify before I verify it. They also told me that they will not update my address until i do so as well, which means that information will continue to be sent to a third parties house that I do not authorize. I have never had an experience like this in my life. This situation has caused me serious stress and frustration. At this point I do not believe cash express is exercising my rights as a consumer and clearly has something to hide as they will not release the validations of debt to me.

XX/XX/2019 XXXX was posted to my bank account. I called my personal bank and wanted to get information on what I could do to help myself out, and I was told to call where I got my loan and get to the bottom of it. On calling I was told that even though I took the right steps for the process and tried to revoke my payment with them just because I cant afford to pay them anything until my bank gets back into positive, they denied me any access to support and manager. I would love to pay and never take out a loan again and yet they are making it difficult to even pay them money I cant simply get within thin air. I tried to discuss a payment option and plan a week before today and I was told that they do not care about my problems and that I had to pay rent which made me late on a payment. I was harassed when I got a call from them while at work it was embarrassing to have a woman yell out my name in such a disrespectful manner demanding i pay regardless of what I can actually conjure up. In my honest opinion being told hey I dont care that you dont have credit history and youre more than likely not going to be accepted at most places I still need my money. Completely understand the principle of it but being logical I came to you guys for help because they were the only ones accepting of my no credit history. I even let them know that I can not simply just get money from another loaner and bad habits like that is what I intended to stop I see the importance of never borrowing money from money fulled lenders who do not care of my living situation yet money.

I got a title loan in XXXX XXXX cash express ; in XXXX was quarantined due to XXXX & in middle of ice storm. They cant take pymts over the phone. They told me since Im out of state I can do XXXX bill pay but they have no corporate # so bill pay cant be done. You are asked to send money in name of cash express workers name which cost from $ XXXX {$16.00} per month : theyve been harrassing & threatening me since XXXX when I had XXXX and they cant take a debit pymt over the phone they wanted me to get out in spite of CDC warning nor could anyone make it to XXXX due to ice storm so they received pymt a little late due to it being mailed. I cant even find a legitimate business license for this company they have no corporate ID for bill money pymt and its unfair to send to just a workers name and make extra fees be of, ive asked the owner to call me ( XXXX ) and he said since Ive made complaints no one could speak to me, the harassment is getting out of hand they tried saying XXXX pymt was {$1.00} short when a worker gave me the amount at XXXX money Srvcs XXXX KY THE WORKER HEARD AMOUNT AND MONEY ORDER MADE AND SENT OUT now they say it was a new worker she erred and its my problem to fix. I had a title pawn at cash express in XXXX Tennessee. And I lost my job after I got the loan. And they didn't offer to help me at any rate. After 6 months of paying or more, they were charging me a extra fee. Just because it was 1 day late. My payment was due on the XXXX. They charged me {$650.00} a month on the XXXX. I went to get place a title pawn at cash express in XXXX, and I'll was just going to pawn it for like a {$1000.00}. Well, when she pulled up my truck, that I was pawning and the amount it was worth. She said you can get the max. She pretty much talked me in to taking a maximum payment or a maximum loan. Knowing already had 2 checkloans. That was maxed so my vehicle got repoed. Now I have no truck and I still owe for a check. I was never told that I could renew my title loan or never offered any kind of deal with it. So here I am stuck with no truck and out of all that money and probably waiting to hear from them to tell me I owe so much money after it sold., I had paid it down to where i'd paid the interest already off. But they wouldn't help me none. One because they call me every single day of the week. Bugging me and I wouldn't answer every single day. On XX/XX/XXXX I went to Cash Express in XXXX XXXX Tn to renew the final payment on a {$300.00} signature loan. I was told I could not renew this because they were changing to flex loans. I was assured by the associate that it was the same kind of loan. I had to make a new flex loan and let it pay off the signature loan. Not having a choice I let them do that. I had to make a loan for {$400.00} to pay off the old loan. I ask about payments and due dates. The associate said she could not tell ms those things but I would receive letter in about 60 days giving me that information. After 60 days had passed and I received no information I went to the office. A new associate told me she did not know why I had not received the letter. I paid {$300.00} on the loan. I went back later an paid {$100.00} more on the loan. I still do not know how much I owe. I have paid {$400.00} on a {$400.00} loan. Time goes by and I still have not received a letter, phone call, or email frrom Cash Express. On about XX/XX/XXXX I receive a final notice before legal action letter from Cash Express saying I owe {$620.00} due byXX/XX/XXXX. It informed me I could get a conformation and itemized detail of my debt. I was waiting for this information when I was served a civil summons onXX/XX/XXXX.I have not received any contact from Cash Express XX/XX/XXXX even though I requested it. In XXXX XXXX, I went to Cash Express in XXXX, TN and got a flex loan of {$660.00}. But after interest, I was suppose to pay back probably about {$2000.00} and something. I paid my payments on time. Until I went through a tough time and quit paying them until I could afford it. Approximately 3 months after I stopped paying, I gave XXXX to my XXXX. They called me the morning after I gave XXXX and told me I needed to come pay them. I said I just XXXX XXXX, youre going to have to wait. They said have someone bring it for you. I hung up on them, I was irritable and had XXXX in places they shouldnt be, I was in XXXX and they didnt understand that. So fast forward to today, I got a letter in the mail saying they was going to file a lawsuit to collect my balance or they would repossess something of mine if I didnt pay my past due balance within 5 days of the letter being sent out. Well, it takes 5-7 business days for a letter to get from one place to another. They dont even have access to anything I own to repossess anything. They legally arent allowed to threaten me with a lawsuit, based under the CFPB. They were in trouble for this in XX/XX/XXXX. I dont think they know that I know this and that I know they cant even practice a lawsuit, much less threaten me with one.

I got a payday loan from Cash Express in XXXX Ky and I tried to utilize a debit company to pay it off and they said no that they could not work with debit consolidation! Said took extra licensing! Which was a lie! Then they said they would hold it till my next paycheck, I on social security get paid 1 per month, and then they put it into the bank the day before,! Causing me a XXXX charge, and also sent my checking account upside down! I am still trying to dig out of it! I had to borrow my rent and my bills just to be able to pay them! Thats not right and my attorney told me that was against the law! I contacted state regulator and they said will send me complaints form but not got it yet! I only make XXXX a month! And o had to borrow just to pay my bills! They blew me off and laughed about it! This is wrong! If they do it tome, they do it to others! My friend works at another payday loan service and they are abiding by the law! They have a program if you get in trouble, you can utilize like the laws says they got to have in Ky! I took out an installment loan with cash express LLC in XXXX TN XXXX/XXXX XXXX in XXXX. I requested to stop ach withdrawal verbally and or by email to get confirmation and immediate processing of ach withdrawal request..I was told instead that I would have to mail in request instead of verbally informing them to stop all ach withdrawal or by email. Dont understand how I would get confirmation that they even receive correspondence. I realized that It is a barrier of a way for them to make it difficult and prolong ach withdrawal stoppage in order to continuing debiting bank account even after verbally told not to..I also asked for a payment plan besides the one already in place to pay {$170.00}. I called told them my financial situation, They refused to stop ach withdrawal and they refused payment agreement/ ext. this company is terrible, especially in the times we are all in. My husband and I had a payday check loan with XXXX XXXX in XXXX. I went to pay Monday like I do every month and there was a sign on the door. Said to go to Cash Express, so I went there. I tried to pay my XXXX fee like I have every month and was told I had to have the full XXXX. I told them XXXX XXXX never made me do that and they said the girl was fired for just taking the fee at XXXX XXXX I called that girl and she wasn't fired. They sold my accounts to Cash Express and she didn't even know they was selling the company. The owner of XXXX XXXX always took just my XXXX and renewed the loan. I don't have XXXX for mine and XXXX for my husband 's account. I signed contract with XXXX XXXX not Cash Express. I'm not paying this loan anymore. My daughter looked up laws and said TN does not allow renewals or rollover loans and that I shouldn't be responsible for the debt since it's always been renewed and I never took in XXXX I just took XXXX in once a month.

I took a payday loan out through Cash Express in XXXX, KY. After doing so my spouses mother XXXX which caused me some time off work and then the father of my child quit his job so we lost our child support. Both things caused a decent decrease in my income right at the time I was supposed to pick up the loan. When I did n't pick it up they sent it to my bank even after I called and let them know I could n't pick it and I needed time. This caused the due amount to change to {$610.00}. When I went in to speak with the people who work in the store I was told this is a felony charge and they would take me to court at the sixty day mark. Now I 'm freaking out!! They want me to pay the {$610.00} and promise to let me take out {$250.00} but I 'm still really in no shape to pick it up and I do n't know what to do. I went on vacation 1 day before XXXX of my pay dates which was XXXX/XXXX/15, so the company said they would make my due date on XXXX/XXXX/15 since I was returning from vacation on XXXX/XXXX/15 and the company would be closed until XXXX/XXXX/15. They led me to believe my next pay date would be on XXXX/XXXX/15. Instead I paid my payday loan and they set it for XXXX/XXXX/15 instead of the XXXX/XXXX/15 I had been told. so in 3 days I would be paying another XXXX fee for a payday loan. I believe this is wrong and a way to take advantage of payday loan customers. I believe this companies need to be regulated closer and ones like Cash Express and basically using threats and extortion on their customers to scare them when all they do is collect court cost. They can not press criminal charges. Cash Express needs to be regulated better and not using scare tactics to intimidate customers. XXXX is the manager and XXXX was who waited on me.

I got a payday loan but due to financial stress and other family issues I was out of work for a month or so. I was unable to pay the payday loan I took out with Cash Express in XXXX XXXX, Tennessee back in XXXX. About XXXX of XXXX ( roughly XXXX of XXXX ) I tried to call them to let them know they could expect payment from me when I was regularly working again in XXXX. The lady who was named XXXX I believe was very mean and said we are going to collect on your debt and no we cant work anything out. You cant be trusted. Youve made your bed, now lay in it. And promptly hung up. Since then I have been struggling to catch up on other bills first, since I was unable to resolve the issue with them. They then began to call me multiple times a day, averaging about 8-10 times from the same number. Im finally sick of it after they have called me 29 times today ; XX/XX/XXXX.

Yesterday I was contacted on my job by the manager of this location. Not only did they call but they called about six times. My coworker explained that it sounded like a child. Everytime she would put her on hold and I try and pick up the phone they would hang up. She was disguising her voice. I was able to take pictures of the time stamps of the caller id showing the calls and the time stamps. I went into the store to pay and the XXXX was saying that I owed XXXX. I gave XXXX XXXX. Once I got the receipt it only showed I owed {$540.00}. So I told them to give me my {$96.00} back. The manager refused. At this point I 'm not sure if this lady is trying to keep my money but how can you change me something that 's now showing on the receipt. I also asked for a print out of my payment history and was told I could not have that.

I had a payday loan with a company several years ago and paid if off. Now after several years they are trying to reach me by phone to get me to come back and do business with them. when they call i dont answer so now they starting calling the references that i had listed on my original application with them. they called my wifes cell phone number and highly upset her, i feel as if my privacy was compromised. I will never do business with this crooked company again, i never gave permission for references to be called on a closed account. they are so desperate for business they have stooped to cold calling old customer and their references. I XXXX XXXX took a loan out with cash express and right now as it stands I am going though a financial hard time and I will admit I do owe it just recently cash express came to my mom and dad 's house and delivered paperwork to my mom while I was away and I offered them {$100.00} a month and they would not accept the payment and told me they would see my XXXX in court. and I do draw a XXXX check so just recently I typed up a cease and decease form and mailed it to the corporate headquarters and the local store of cash express on XX/XX/2015 and just recently I just received XXXX letters XXXX from the corporate headquarters and the local store and I do have witness to said fact of the letters being sent out and received. if you like anymore information please contact me XXXXXXXXXXXX

My payment was due on XXXX XXXX XXXX . On XXXX XXXX , I made my payment. After making my payment, they tried to withdraw the payment from my checking account which caused a {$35.00} overdraft fee. The lady I spoke with admitted she made a mistake. Again o n XXXX XXXX XXXX , they attempted to withdraw the payment again causing another overdraft fee. I called the store who referred me to the district manager. I have tried several times to reach the district manager with no success. I notified the store of this to which they gave me the number of the regional manager. The regional manager does not answer her phone either. Cash Express withdrew {$1400.00} after my direct deposit had gone through on XX/XX/2019. I called the District Manager, XXXX who said that there was an overpayment on XX/XX/2019. I told her I was not aware and I called the company and tried to setup an arrangement but they would not give me the {$1400.00} back. I didn't ask for the {$1400.00} to be deposited in error. I couldn't get a refund from XXXX XXXX XXXX or any of the other creditors that took the {$1400.00} when it was applied. I didn't give permission for any money to be taken from my pay card account. There were no calls stating the money was deposited in error or that there was anything owed to Cash Express. There were no letters sent fromXX/XX/2019-XX/XX/2019 to the address on record.

I called Cash Express in XXXX TN on a recorded line on Wednesday, XX/XX/XXXX to revoke ACH authorization for both my account and my husbands as I was his POA. My husband called to confirm it was revoked on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and they confirmed. I have been behind on my payday loan for more than 30 days along with a flex loan. Things happened such as car repairs, family emergencies and XXXX problems that made paying on time just impossible. Hi, I have been dealing with cash express for some time trying to pay off a title.
