To Whom It Concerns, In XXXX of XXXX, I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX, PA, located XXXX XXXX. XXXX, FL XXXX attempting to collect a private student loan debt. The last payment on that debt happened on XX/XX/XXXX. It's been in default, which I'm not proud of, and I've never been sued on it prior, nor have I made any payment or payment arrangements since the last payment in XXXX. I made this very clear to the law firm, XXXX XXXX XXXX, PA, who is representing XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. They claim the statute has not expired and then proceeded to file a complaint on XX/XX/XXXX, in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have since been served, on XX/XX/XXXX. In the lawsuit, they provided, as the first exhibit, the original promissory note I signed back in XXXX ; however, the lawsuit is for much less than the ending balance of what was due when payments stopped. In the lawsuit, which is obviously time barred, they didn't provide a payment history ( which I actually have ), they didn't provide any proof that the plaintiff owns the debt, and they made false statements. They are clearly filing illegal lawsuits and taking advantage of people, and they will, no doubt, win default judgments from the many folks who don't know the law and/or ignore the lawsuits. Furthermore, I believe they are in collusion, with the many defense attorneys, who keep on soliciting me for their services against the lawsuit. The defense attorneys I spoke to, through consultation, have advised me to settle, rather than fight and/or motion for dismissal, on a debt that is clearly time barred and weak, even if it wasn't time barred. These people are breaking the law and this needs to be corrected before too many people suffer unjustly.
Sincerely, XXXX XXXX

I am being constantly harassed a third party collection law firm claiming there is an outstanding balance for a XXXX final hearing that never even occurred, after my having already paid thousands of dollars in 2017. The collector claims to be an attorney and repeatedly calls in a nasty, harassing and threatening matter, having already been told to cease.

XXXX XXXX screwed up a cancellation and reissue of a policy to a cheaper insurance company, claims I needed to submit copy of my old policy and new dated policy pages, which I had done and will not do again. Their error not mine
