On XX/XX/XXXX I received a debt collection validation notice from XXXX XXXX XXXX Attorney at Law, Case Law Firm, S.C. XXXX, WI XXXX.
In this notice XXXX XXXX failed to include any language advising me of my rights, including any information on how to dispute the alleged debt. She also failed to include a required " tear off '' form that can be used to send correspondence to the debt collector to dispute the alleged debt or take other actions. This being a clear violation of CFPB new debt collection rule XX/XX/XXXX. I submitted a correspondence to XXXX XXXX advising such and asked that she refrain from using deceptive practices in an attempt to collect a debt.
