| On XX/XX/19 I submitted information to Cascadeloans in regards to a pre-qualification letter for a mortgage. I was never contacted about the submission of information by Cascadeloans via phone or email. The next morning ( XX/XX/19 ), I observed a hard inquiry on my credit report by XXXX via XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, resulting in a XXXX XXXX decline. Cascadeloans has been unreachable after email & phone call attempts of contact. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE the hard inquiry of my XXXX XXXX by XXXX via Cascadeloans. I am requesting this hard inquiry to be removed from my credit reports immediately. | ||||||

| I have been making payments on time one payment I made the day of the last payment date that I could make it before it was more then 30 days past due. The company posted the payment late even thought I made the payment before the cut of time and day. I called the company and they were rude and did not want to help me. | ||||||
