On XX/XX/2022 XXXX XXXX from Cascade Creditors Service LLC in XXXX, WA contacted my husband and me about an alleged bill for {$1500.00} from XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX a general contractor in XXXX XXXX, from whom we requested a bid for a project but the bid was never received, and no contract was generated so was never signed. My husband spoke with XXXX XXXX and explained the situation and she seemed to understand that because no contract was signed and no work was done that we didn't owe the money. Nevertheless XXXX XXXX sent us a demand letter with {$35.00} of interest tacked on bringing the alleged debt amount to {$1600.00}, and saying the amount was already past due. On XX/XX/2022, well within the 30 days allowed, we sent a response letter via USPS certified mail to the po box mailing address provided on their envelope and on their website, but the letter went unclaimed in their po box and USPS returned the letter to us. In this letter, among other things, we requested that they provide proof that we owe this debt, copy attached. We then emailed a copy of the letter and returned envelope to them at the email address provided on their website but received no acknowledgement We then XXXX 'd the original letter to them at the physical address provided on their letter and on their website but per XXXX they refused the XXXX delivery so XXXX retained our letter as we had requested a signature as proof of delivery, tracking information attached. Just today, XX/XX/2022, we finally received another letter via USPS from Cascade Creditors Service LLC, apparently they HAD received our email but they never replied to the email saying it was received. They did NOT provide proof that we owe this alleged debt yet sent another bill, this time for {$1600.00}. We suspect that Cascade Creditors Service LLC is a fake debt collector as they are attempting to collect fraudulent debt and didn't comply with the simplest request of proof of debt. If they are not fake, they do not behave in an ethical manner, and are potentially breaking the law.

Hello, Cascade Credit Services located in XXXX WA reported to my credit report in XXXX a debt of over {$45000.00}. I contacted them and disputed the charges from a previous landlord. The landlord never went to a court of law to enforce the balance he was initially claiming and I do not owe this debt. This collection agency said the debt was valid and sent over a handwritten piece of paper with a summary of charges from my old landlord, which wasn't acceptable. I asked for every receipt, invoice, and any other supporting documents to justify {$45000.00}.
I was in communications with XXXX from Cascade collection services and after I requested those documents I did not hear back from him. I finally received an email from my old landlord 's representative and she had told me they were modifying what I owed. My old landlord had initially filed a fraudulent bill of charges to this agency and even after my landlord and his agent modified it down 75 % this company Is still reporting the " debt '', now what remains is a past due rent balance from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX rent, but was left unemployed due to covid and my old landlord knew that.
My landlord had told me in XXXX that he's sympathetic to my situation but will need to sell the home, so I moved out. My old landlord has never gone to court to recoup the balance -- because he legally can not until XX/XX/2021. I have suffered extreme hardship these 3 months due to that {$45000.00} being on my credit report. I want this collection agency to cease fraudulent collection until a court of law can rule on any balances owed. This collection agency is also charging me interest and I have signed no paperwork authorizing that.

I received information from XXXX XXXX via email on XX/XX/XXXX about an account that had been co-signed for. The information provided showed a co-signer agreement that I signed, however it was dated from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. I reviewed the documents provided and I responded on XX/XX/XXXX that the information showed that the co-signer agreement was invalid based on the dates showing. The other piece of information according to this agreement that I want to include was that the co-signer agreement was only for the terms of the lease which was for one year. The debt that they are attempting to charge me for was from a charge on XX/XX/XXXX. I never signed anything agreeing to co-sign anything beyond the initial lease term. I also want to point out that initial co-signer agreement was invalid. I made them aware of that and they never replied further. I was not aware this was on my credit report until XX/XX/XXXX and I have disputed the charges with the credit bureaus as well.

On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, XXXX began reporting a debt that was already being reported by a collection agency - XXXX which showed an assigned date of XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX reaged this account and began double reporting the same account concurrently with XXXX. This debt did not belong to me, the original creditor applied charges to my former account instead of creating a new account for my ex-husband for the services received. I worked with XXXX and they have removed the account and returned the account to the original creditor.
I have attempted twice to contact XXXX XXXX to verify/validate the debt/dispute with the information above. XXXX XXXX has failed to respond to my requests for validation.

From that time to XXXX XXXX - both agency were reporting double on the same account. Seriously impairing my ability to obtain credit. I appealed via dispute several times but neither agency would act-continuing to report as verified.
Finally in XXXX XXXX - XXXX removed the account duplication however Cascade continues to report this reaged and erroneous information. Cascade has not demostrated any relationship to the original creditor and I have had not information to verify this debt.

XXXX XXXX took XXXX from me 2 days after they had already turned me into collections. I sent certified mail to cascade collections and they refused to pick up from post office I have proof of that and receipts for the XXXX cash I gave them.
