Credit dispute results attached from XX/XX/XXXX see page 1 in attachment Paragraph XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Company XXXX XXXX was on credit report XXXX XXXX could not meet the requirements defined by 15 U.S.C. 1681 so account listed in complaint was deleted copy of credit report attached from XX/XX/XXXX see page 2 in attachment Paragraph 3 XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX put an account that could not comply with 15 U.S.C. 1681 ( reference Paragraph 1-2 ) back on credit reports copy of account attached from XX/XX/XXXX see page 3 in attachment Paragraph 4 XX/XX/XXXX Sent Validation defined in 15 U.S. Code 1692g via USPS certified mail to XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX XXXX, receipts of delivery included with copy of validation letter.
