I have a car loan with Cars-N-Credit of XXXX XXXX MN . They excessively call and text from a variety of phone numbers to collect when I am only a day or two late or have made arrangements with them because my pay date changed. Once payment is made they find other reasons to call me such as wanting my job information, asking me to submit pay stubs, or they will ask me to update my insurance information with them when it has not changed. I've told them to NOT call or text me while I am at work but they continue obsessively, if I am not a day late on a payment and they can not contact me about that, they contact me about something else. If I don't answer a call, they text, if I don't answer those, they email me multiple times every day. then they will leave notes on my car! when I am only 2-3 days late! I simply change playdates ( temporarily ) and they KNOW this.
