My wife and I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from shelor motor mile inc and cars financial inc in XX/XX/XXXX we have been on time since XX/XX/XXXX we got in to a dispute over the car not being fixed correctly never was told it still had manufacturing warranty on it it still anti have bank statements to prove we have paid more I argued with shelor there attorney cars financial I had to threaten civil action just to get reciepts to check with bank statements then when I did that they took my on time payements off the credit reports without a explanation I called the companies shelor motor mile inc and cars financial inc the sale was for XXXX the payment is down to XXXX we have paid over XXXX this proves we paid on time plus more so I disputed to XXXX XXXX also they said there is no explanation stateing why this happened its was just a act of revenge trying to hurt credit score which caused me a lot damage when my credit was finally getting better then cars financial inc shelor motor inc pulled this stunt they did not do what was promised to report to credit report like they were supposed to

XX/XX/XXXX I was approved for a XXXX XXXX XXXX through cars finicial inc division of shelor motor mile inc I traded a XXXX XXXX XXXX and then XXXX down I been makeing my payments on time for a year never been late I was told by cars financial that they would report to XXXX XXXX and XXXX they never did I ask for a vehicle report never got one I was never told the XXXX XXXX XXXX had manufactured warranty still on it also the car was totaled XX/XX/XXXX I was hit from behind XXXX insurance did run a credit report showing shelor motor mile inc and cars financial sold me a repo this car was a repo they did from another customer come to find out shelor did not auction the car off they told the other customers they did this what was left on it to be paid instead of auctions off they just put it back on there lot re selling it through cars financial in other words they committed fraud to the other customer that XXXX XXXX was never auctioned off that is takeing money with intent to defraud I was coned into buying it to hide there crime
