In XX/XX/XXXX I lived in XXXX XXXX. Beginning in XX/XX/XXXX, I started seeing wasps in my apartment. From XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX I made constant reports. Initially they only sprayed bug spray around the building. Then they brought in professionals. The professionals came out three times and each time they found more and more wasps nests. Several times throughout this period I had no choice but to inconvenience myself and family by staying at their house or not leave my bedroom into the rest of the home due to so many wasps. At this time I was paying rent for an apartment I was pretty much not living in.They offered to move me into another apartment but I would have had to stay in mine for another month because they would only move me into an apartment the same size instead of what was available. At this time my son was six years old and to keep my son safe I had to move and I did it as quickly as possible since I had been dealing with the wasps for almost three months at that time. XXXX violated my lease by their failure to provide a safe and comfortable environment as stated in my lease. On the day I left I gave them a letter detailing everything in this letter to explain my decision to.

Ob XX/XX/2022 I called Cardinal Accounts INC about a collection account that had just recently reported to my credit report. When I called, a lady answered and asked me my first and last name. I told her and she directed me to an older sounding lady. That lady advised me she could not find my file and she would need to give me a call back to discuss the account. She said that the call would be from a no caller ID. I received a call about 5 minutes later from the same lady. She did not verify my name, date of birth, last four of social, or anything of those sorts. I asked her why she didnt do any of that being a debt collection agency before discussing any information with me. She said she didn't have to. I then asked if the phone call was recorded for both of our sake and she said it wasn't and they don't record phone calls there. The information they are reporting to the credit bureaus is incorrect and they never even attempted to reach out to me regarding the debt. They didnt even have the correct address for myself. I feel like this " debt collection agency '' is practicing fraud and should definitely be looked into.

I have a a unverified account fromI CARDINAL ACCOUNTS INC. I had previously disputed this account. I have never done business with CARDINAL ACCOUNTS INC. Pursuant to the Fair DebtXXXX Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) 15 U.S.C.1692g, I dispute the validity of the debt purport I owe. I request that XXXX Provide verification of the following : 1. ) The original Application or contract ; 2. ) Any and all statements allegedly related to this debt ; 3. ) Any and all signed receipts ; 4. ) Any and all canceled checks ; 5. ) Original date of default and collection activity begin 6. ). Whether you purchased the debt, and if so, the amount paid for the debt 7. ) The date ( s ) the debt allegedly accrued ; 8. ) An itemization of the costs, including an accounting, for any additional interest, charges, or other fees placed on this account. I want to request that CARDINAL ACCOUNTS INC. Cease and Desist all further communications and collection actives and provide the verification of the purported debt.
