We're calling in regards to a requested summons that was issued this morning from the department of check and arbitration. They have requested that we do have you served between 24 to 48 hours at your residence or place of employment. If you would like to resolve this matter on voluntary terms, you need to speak with the plaintiff immediately at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. If they do end up granting you an adjournment and you resolve the matter voluntarily, make sure they fax us over the stand down order. We need that legal document as soon as possible.
