Recently I began to be harassed via text messages by this compa ny. Car Cash of Lawrenceville. Located in XXXX GA. XXXX XXXX accepted my payment agreement for this months payment and because I asked to please stop texting me at work, she began to get nasty and advised that I must pay the corporate office not only this months payment that is due XXXX XXXX XXXX but also next month 's payment due on XXXX XXXX XXXX immediately. She is being spiteful and threatening a warrant for my arrest and says if I do not bring the car in immediately they will reposess it. I am not 30 days late. My due date is XXXX XXXX XXXX and I advised XXXX that I would pay that before the end of the month which she said was actually ok to pay by the middle of XXXX . I have attached the text messages and her latest email to me advising that I owe more fees and money than my knowledge. She and XXXX who also calls herself XXXX on my voicemail have told me they will not accept my monthly payment without XXXX 's included. I never signed paperwork that I must pay a payment month in advance. I am paying my responsibility to them and because I did not give her exact dates on the spot and asked her to please stop texting me during work hours, she now is angry and demanded full payment or my vehicle!! I have been paying this title loan since XXXX XXXX and even if I was late with any payments XXXX advised me that it was ok as long as I communicated that with her and the next date that I can pay. Now I am afraid for my life and my children 's as these people are threatening my safety and saying that I have to go to court in order to keep my car,,, but for what?? I am within a week of my due date and they say they will not accept it. I also did not sign paperwork in my initial ; contract that they can reject a payment without reason whenever they choose. Please Help!!!
