I am a XXXX women. Yesterday I attempted to contact XXXX XXXX to find out what the problem was. And why my account is XXXX balance with a {$15.00} credit yet I can not charge. Anything over {$9.00}. I was in formed XXXX XXXX had not released the funds. Yet my account reflects they took the money out of my account XX/XX/2019. The Tech handling my called informed it will not be released until Friday XXXX. I received false alerts like my account is updating. Yet it cant be used. How can you constitute this as a rebuilding process for credibility when it is being manipulated. Yet if I dont pay or choose to manipulate the process it is counted against me. And the company continues their practices to manipulate my integrity with alerts or delayed payment process. Thr accusation the account is negative. When I actually have {$310.00} in credit for use but can not use. How is this a rebuilding as advertised a credit card resource to establish.

I have been told by XXXX XXXX, the holder of my credit card account, that the way payments are targeted is due to the TILA. I have two balances ; one at an interest rate of 22 % and a higher amount on a promotional 0 % interest rate. We pay more than the minimum due, and I am being told that the minimum amount due is targeted to the lower interest rate amount and the remaining is targeted to the higher interest rate as per the TILA. Is this true? The higher interest rate, is a lower amount, but also the oldest amount. I would like to at least split the difference 50-50, but I am being told the TILA will not allow this. Please advise and thank you! I initially sent this request to the Federal Reserve, but they directed me to send it to you.

1. " XXXX '' has a hard pull on my credit report that I in no way authorized. I believe it is XXXX XXXX when they attempted to sell me an auto refinance loan that I told them I did NOT NEED nor want and they ran it anyway after I left the actual building. I believe they ran it to try to show me they could give me a better deal. Otherwise I have never heard of XXXX, just that it is actually Wells Fargo 2. XXXX XXXX keeps showing up as hard pulls to try to get me to sign up for one of their pre approved cards in the mail. This is unwanted and totally unsolicited. I throw these in the trash.

On XX/XX/2020 I contacted customer service and was forwarded to a supervisor XXXX ID XXXX And explained Ive been adversely affected for long-term because of covid 19 financially and in addition Im XXXX XXXX XXXX and I am requested a lower interest rate closing in my account and a monthly payment plan that is possible with my dire financial situation. She directly indicated they have nothing they can do to help me in this dire situation
