capital credit illegally repossed my truck 1 week later after i renewed my contract with them my first payment not due till XXXX/XXXX/16 my truck there was not an active repossesion order on my truck i didntbowe capital credit anything i called and tried to talk to curt from XXXX nc office he talked real nasty to me they gave me 2 days to come up eith XXXX to get my truck back and then expect me to pay XXXX every month i feel like im being taken advantage of i hope you guys can help me thas the only means of transportation i have please help me
