I purchased my XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. The original contract 's final payment maturity date was to be on XX/XX/XXXX, but due to the XXXX pandemic resulting in job loss, I had two ( 2 ) deferments, which pushed the maturity date to XX/XX/XXXX. CapitalCredit LLC XXXX XXXX acquired my auto loan from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, in XX/XX/XXXX. During the course of payments with CapitalCredit LLC XXXX XXXX, I had two ( 2 ) more deferments on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, which were added to my account, which then pushed my maturity date to XX/XX/XXXX. The XX/XX/XXXX maturity date was confirmed by several employees in the XXXX, TN Corporate Home Office ( XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ; XXXX and XXXX are no longer with CapitalCredit ), however, when speaking to XXXX ( CapitalCredit LLC XXXX XXXX Manager ) on XX/XX/XXXX, he advised my maturity date was XX/XX/XXXX. I told him that was not right and was miscalculated and needed to be re-looked at. Since XX/XX/XXXX, I have yet to receive the information that I asked for and was told that my file was brought to him as a " Problem File ''. I still have yet to receive the corrected calculations, my contract when they obtained the loan from XXXX XXXX XXXX, and MY TITLE ( now that I have paid the last payment on XX/XX/XXXX, according to my original contract 's final payment date of XX/XX/XXXX, plus the four ( 4 ) total deferments over the life of the loan ).

Hello sir or maam this might reach, my name is XXXX XXXX and I have an XXXX XXXX XXXX that is leased through the bank which is Capital Credit LLC in XXXX TN. I been with them since XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. They been a good bank at the beginning of the lease, but once I fail behind on payments they communication and customer service been horrible. They repossessed the car in XXXX or XXXX this year XXXX, and I have been communicating with them about getting the payments up to date, which is currently up to date and the car is due back to me but now since I have the payments caught up they been providing bad bad customer service and been unprofessional about the manner at hand, such as not answering phone calls, not responding to emails and not communicating what they all need from me & its getting out of control because they will return calls or email right before they close which will delay the process until the following day.
