Paid collection agency, Capital Servicing Group LLC, who claimed debt was sold to them. Prior collection agency, XXXX, claims they still currently hold debt and debt was not sold. I paid Capital Servicing Group after being hounded by a representative for months and unsuccessfully attempting to have my insurance pay the bill. Ability Recovery says I still owe the debt. I have the transaction in my bank account for where I paid Capital Servicing Group. I do n't know what else to do-I can not pay another {$350.00} and I believe there is a chance Capital Servicing stole my information to collect debt I did not owe them.
