| I am currently having trouble paying my mortgage and in order to avoid foreclosure, I found this company, Capital Home Advocacy Center, since my lender did not qualify me for a modification, and they wanted me to pay {$810.00} for 3 months before beginning. Unfortunately I payed for the first month, XX/XX/XXXX, and realized soon after that they are not legit after I spoke to my lender and they said they knew nothing of Capital Homes, even though Capital Home said they are working with my lender. I also looked up warning signs of scams and Capital Home fit at least 3 of the red flags listed. I tried to call after sending an email telling them I do n't want to continue and that I want a refund of the {$810.00} I sent and I ca n't get anyone but I am still trying to contact them everyday. | ||||||
