I got refered to them by my my son and they approved me but didnt no it was such high interest I had never got one before so at XXXX percent my payments of XXXX dollars was going all to interest never the veihicle and Im a single mom I XXXX my job because this vehicle is a lemon and engine blew on it 52 days after I got it I kept having problems took it in 2 times before engine went out when I got it back my check engine light was on and they said they dont no why and I needed my car to get to work and kids to school thats why I went and got it because I was in awreck that totaled my old one and so after replacement of engine because I did pay for service contract but they wanted me to pay for it to be towed and I could not afford that I did pay for it once and it was free from my insurance once and it broke down again after I had engine replaced power steering went out speed sensors on tires was broken traction control broken eqaust had holes in them I could not pay payment and mantaninse on it to I XXXX my job then I couldnt pay payments with no way to work I put maybe 1500 miles on it at most

I was in a car accident XX/XX/2021 my car was totaled in the accident and my insurance was going to pay them off so I called them the day I was hit and told them I wasnt going to pay my bill because I was just in a wreck nd insurance was going to pay for it. They said thats fine and the car was paid off in full by my insurance in XXXX and now there saying I missed a payment when they knew exactly what was goin on and they said it was no problem now it shows I have a missed payment I never missed a payment the insurance company paid it off. Why would I make a payment when they said they were in the process of paying it off that doesnt make sense. Capital one was a nightmare to work with and I feel like this is them coming after me
