I want to report multiple violations that Capital Collections LLC is committing to the Free Credit Reporting Act and to my rights as a consumer.
Just to mention two serious violations, see below : 1. Incorrect last activity date 2. Post charge-off interest I am demanding this company to remove the item from my report and send me a deletion letter for my records. I am having psychological issues because of this situation.
Please send the attached documents to Capital Collections LLC.

This is XXXX XXXX, who is submitting this CFPB complaint myself. CAP COLLECT account is inaccurately and erroneously reporting. Their intentional and willful furnishing of inaccurate information is a violation of FCRA Section 623 and according to FCRA Section 611. I have done many attempts to reach out to CAP COLLECT but they failed to give me any results or feedbacks about this concern. Please investigate and remove it from my personal credit file. Thank you.
