The original debter is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX oregon. They billed my insurance for medical treatment and I paid XXXX dollars per visit. I have proof I had paid it. Than come to find out that this same company sent me to a collection company cam credit services for collection of XXXX dollars that I never knew I had. They never sent me any notifications or letters. Also it posted on my credit claiming it was listed on XXXX of XXXX. But did not actually post on my credit till XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX.
