A company based in North Carolina has contacted me about a XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX account that is fraudulent. I have never had a businesses account in my life. I believe the account open sometime in XXXX, I never had a bank account in that time frame with XXXX XXXX XXXX, I have been on social service and SSI since 2005, I did not ever have a buisness I lived at 2 different address at that time and never had a bill come to me at any of my physical address. I just found out about this account 13 years later?? Company involves CADDIES FUNDING LLC c/o XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, SC,XXXX XXXX

This is my 3rd time filing a FCPB complaint about this and this is criminal at this point. The 2 previous complaints are numbers XXXX and XXXX. So basically they are illegally trying to collect on a debt that is passed the statue of limitations and are FALSELY stating the amount owed. The court judgment they tried using before is long expired and was never renewed so it is passed the statue of limitations. So please stop telling lies that this debt is owed, enforceable or collectable. Everything you have provided so far has been passed the statues of limitations so explain yourselves?

On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter in the mail from XXXX XXXX XXXX which is a debt collection agency stating that I owe a debt as ofXX/XX/2006. They are trying to collect a debt that I owe to XXXX XXXX XXXX. in the amount of {$2400.00}. I never in my lifetime taken out a loan for college or mortgage in which I'm not a home owner or a college student. Also, I never opened an account with XXXX or any of its affiliates!
