This company 's customer service is atrocious. Their collection practices are, without a doubt, a violation of consumer rights. I have had several instances of violations. They have contacted my references on my account disclosing to them the car is out for repossession, when ONE payment has been missed. My payments are scheduled bi-weekly. I have asked multiple times for online access to view my payment history and to be able to make a payment to prevent having to go in person to deal with these difficult people. I have been denied and been told the only way to make a payment is to come in person. I have been denied access to view my payment history. The company does not send payment coupons. I asked for online access on XX/XX/XXXX, but they failed to send the needed temporary password for access. I have tried to workout payment arrangements in person, but all they want to do is collect money, no matter the situation you're in. I'm appalled and disgusted at how the women in the office speak to the customers. I called on XX/XX/XXXX, to try and make a payment. I spoke with the office manager XXXX. Instead of providing the customer service I was wanting, all she kept saying was your car is in repossession status. She was not providing me information on access online to make a payment. Again, she said the only way to make a payment on my account was to go in person. I can't always go in person, due to work hours and travel. This single available payment option is intentional, as it leaves the consumer vulnerable to a repossession and delinquent payments with no help to make the account current. On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent my cousins into the office to make a payment for me. The front office associate, XXXX XXXX, refused to take a payment on my account. She stated my account was in review by upper management. I have never received a notice of my account being reviewed by management or why it would be. I requested written refusal of payment for my records and she refused to provide it to me as well as refused to speak with me over the phone. I asked to speak with a manager, since my account was in management status and she advised she was the only one in the office. XXXX not accepting my payment resulted in additional interest on my account, which i'm requesting be credited. I was able to go in person on Thursday XX/XX/XXXX, to make a payment. I walked in the office and advised XXXX XXXX, I would like to make a payment. She contacted the office manager XXXX. XXXX came out with nothing, but attitude and no information about my account. She asked how she could help and I advised I didn't know why she was called because I was just wanting to make a payment on my account. I was talking to my fiancee and she yelled so that EVERYONE in the office and lobby could hear that my account was delinquent and my car was in repossession status. If this was not a clear violation of my consumer rights, I don't know what else would be. She disappeared back into her office cubby and I proceeded to make the payment with XXXX. When I asked to speak with a manager, XXXX advised there was no one else to speak with but XXXX and she was in a meeting, unavailable to listen to my request for the interest credit to my account due to XXXX refusing to take my payment on the XXXX. I was so disgusted by our interaction, I went next door to the sales department and requested XXXX 's manager. The associate provided me the General Manager, XXXX 's, information. I called XXXX immediately after I left the office and left a voicemail with my contact information and a request to be called back. Today is XX/XX/XXXX, and I have yet to hear back from XXXX or any upper management regarding my issues. Again, I am requesting the interest that was incurred on my account from XX/XX/XXXX, to XX/XX/XXXX, be credited back to the account. I don't know what repercussions would be recommended for the terrible customer service ALWAYS provided by the staff in the office or the lack of concern from the general manager or even the lack of concern for my consumer rights would be. I would like other consumers to know the terrible customer service and lack of empathy the associates at XXXX XXXX exhibit, so that they second guess who they take their auto loans out with. I would not recommend a loan with this company.

I have had my vehicle with this company for about 2 years now and I pay my car note every single month it is automatically deducted from my checking account on a monthly basis, the XXXX of the month. I have never missed a payment to where my account has been over 30 days past due yet the company keeps reporting to the credit bureau that Im 30 days past due on my account. There is no way i could be if my account is paid the XXXX of every month. I had gotten a lawyer to help with the situation and my lawyer advised me to pay them {$410.00} every month on the XXXX instead of {$390.00} which is what i was initially paying. I started making the payments of {$410.00} on XX/XX/XXXX which covers me for the full month. I initially had a {$260.00} credit with the company because i had over paid them. This information was confirmed to me by their employee XXXX at XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, my car note was not due till XX/XX/XXXX i was all paid up with a XXXX balance due and a {$260.00} credit on my account. XXXX XX/XX/XXXX {$410.00} was withdrawn out of my bank account. Now all of a sudden the company is claiming that my payments are behind yet i had a credit and car note has been fully paid on the XXXX of every month since i had the car. The company can not explain to me what happen to the {$260.00} credit all they keep saying Im a week behind on my payments but no one knows how. They are calling my family members that i have listed as a reference and have been told multiple times to stop calling, sending text messages multiple times a day everyday to my cell phone without my permission, leaving voicemails on my phone stating this is an attempt to collect a debt and i need to contact them before the end of business day that day or my account will be transferred over for repossession yet again this is not even a 30 day time frame they claim account suppose to be late and my account os paid for the full month. They make false reports to all three credit bureaus and say Im 30 days behind which is effecting my credit and the account is not behind at all.

On XX/XX/2021I purchase a vehicle from a buy here pay here auto lot call Cactus Jack 's. I put down {$2000.00} and my credit isn't so great so they financed me in house. When I purchased the car and gave them my {$2000.00} I was informed by them that because I didn't have a license they couldn't Finance me for more than {$10000.00} and that they were giving me 30 days to obtain a license. Well two days after I purchase the vehicle the check engine light came on and crack started acting real funny I called down and spoke with XXXX The Man Who Sold me the car he said bring the car down and we will give you your money back or we will put you in a new car well anew car to me. Well because it was the weekend they said bring it in on Monday of course during the weekend Tollison Police Department illegally towed my vehicle 4 not having ever had a driver 's license in the United States of America according to their system as soon as I got home I produced documentation to Tolleson PD they released the vehicle to Cactus Jack 's since then Cactus Jack 's has done nothing but harass and try and the little and confuse me with task to get my vehicle I have done everything they asked and at the end of the day when everything was met they refuse to let me make my first payment and said I have to pay the entire loan off of {$12000.00} and that is the only way I can get my vehicle I've committed no crime I've done nothing wrong I have produced every amount of documentation they need it please help me they're trying to scam me and my {$2000.00} I am a single father who is fighting XX/XX/XXXX and a veteran they know these things and still refuse to help me I repeat I have broken no laws and I've done nothing but get my money is taken from me and vehicle now they won't speak with me without me having legal representation according to XXXX XXXX finance manager

Gravens ( Mo ) 281 SW 715, 719, I may presume that no proof of the alleged debt, nor therefore any such debt, in fact exists. This complaint letter is a private matter governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Consumer Privacy Bill of Rights. If you fail to heed to this notice, my next step will be to file a formal complaint against this agency with the Federal Trade Commission, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

On XX/XX/28 i contacted my Auto Loan company and i had an arrangement with them to settle my account current. Today i received a call and there is on recorded on voice mail, where the representative of " Cactus Jack 's Auto '' Located in XXXX AZ, XXXX, threat to sending my account to the recovery department. She on the end of the message said " Thats whats is happening tomorrow, and that if i have any question to contact # XXXX ". I did not like what happen, I'm a mother of XXXX kids and I lost my Job recently and im trying hard to get everything together with this new opportunity i Got and even have a arrangement with them they kept calling to collect the debt.

Harrassment dealer refused to accept payment XX/XX/2019. My account is currently paid. I have a payment due today XX/XX/2019. I recieved a visit today XX/XX/2019today from auto task force harassing family about vehicle. This dealer cactus jack intentionally tries to attempt to force you to default on payments. This dealer never mentioned the vehicle was in accident before also. This shady practice of attempting to force default instead of encouraging payment. Then to send someone to my home with fake legal documents about the vehicle that is not behind.
