I purchased a new XXXX motorcycle in XXXX for {$20000.00}. I paid on the bike until the summer of XXXX at which time the bike was returned to the lender. My payments were approximately {$530.00} a month.I paid over {$15000.00} on the bike, they have the bike in their possession ( since XX/XX/XXXX), they are stating I owe them over {$5000.00}. They also have inaccurate information on all 3 of my credit reports, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. They did not provide any written information that the bike was Commercially sold, auctioned, nor did they provide a Balance Deficiency Letter.
