XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX is hereby notified that C & F Mortgage and/or XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Virginia including all of its officers, employees, agents, assignees, and successors in interest of such loan and/or property has been adjoined to the claims of XXXX discrimination toward XXXX XXXX and non-white XXXX and/or XXXX borrowers by XXXX XXXX XXXX. Additionally, XXXX XXXX XXXX is declaring that it was her sole income that paid the mortgage on property address XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, VA XXXX. Income consisted of employment earnings as a nurse for the duration of the payments, retirement ( 401K ) plans and benefits from various employers, short term XXXX benefits, yearly tax returns, sick and vacation leave accruals. It can be ascertained from relevant documents that approximately {$20000.00} of the {$160000.00} WAS NOT for the structure. These cost were actually for the well and septic systems respectively quoted at approximately {$10000.00} each. However, as I, XXXX XXXX XXXX can state, those agreement ( s ) were not between I or any company but those agreement ( s ) were likely between the builder and sub-contractors as I have no knowledge of whom they are and after much review of different sites do not believe these were actual cost ( s ) for either but a significant overage for both systems, which quote the systems as being average {$5000.00} each not {$10000.00}. It can be ascertained from relevant documents specifically the " Deed of Trust '' to build on the property that at the time of the signing of that agreement the quoted amount was {$150000.00} ( initial quote included one system only ) however, the final deed have {$160000.00}. I, XXXX XXXX XXXX did specifically sign addendum contracts with XXXX XXXX, which is why I know these were for a well and/or septic system and not the structure. The land this structure was built on was paid for separately out-of-pocket as well as all pre-existing costs such as the survey completed by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX for deed and recording, Land Development Application, Deed of Trust cost between XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Virginia XXXX. There was a refund for upgrades made to the home out-of-pocket by the mortgage company and that refund was applied back to the initial payment beginning in XXXX XXXX. Therefore, in consideration that it can be determined that both the structure and the land have been paid for by representation of payments, XXXX XXXX XXXX has already indicated she want the deed and title to the property from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX C & F Mortgage Corporation and/or XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, Virginia including all of its officers, employees, agents, assignees, and successors in interest of such loan and/or property deeded to and/or titled to XXXX and XXXX XXXX ( " XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX '' ) husband and wife as representation of one or more deeds and property of heirship and ownership have been subject to discriminatory conduct since approximately XXXX or thereafter under the names of XXXX and XXXX XXXX and prior under the ownership of XXXX XXXX family. ( 1 ) In the year of XXXX, the officer/employee that transferred XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX property in the approximate year of XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX and thereafter on the " XXXX XXXX '' XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, Virginia under the contracted name of XXXX XXXX XXXX and under the current name XXXX XXXX XXXX failed to notify or provide copies of this consent order, failed to properly identify appropriate parties ( heirs ) and/or failed to obtain proper signatures for a " release '' in this matter. The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Descendant 's hereby certify by Champion Member, XXXX XXXX XXXX ( granddaughter ) that a release is DENIED. ( 2 ) There is no evidence of such training for the officer/employee referred to and/or identified in documents as obtaining consent or for committing such act. ( 3 ) The release is insufficient as it pertains to the history, legacy, and value of such estate ( s ) of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as well as the heirship ( s ) of the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Descendant 's. C & F Mortgage Corporation, its officers, employees, agents, assignees, and successors as well as other participants in concert with them took action in United States District Court-XXXX, VA without notifying anyone of the lawsuit that was brought against and the order that was signed. C & F Mortgage Corporation, its officers, employees, agents, assignees, and successors as well as other participants in concert then proceeded to take action against those parties of interest in a derogatory and immature manner. ( Statements attached ) My statement includes information about restitution and whether or not an organization should restitution on my or our family behalf and at this time, I, XXXX XXXX XXXX am indicating " No. '' My response includes the fact that I have been affiliated with the XXXX before, however, after reviewing the participant that entered briefs, it has been determined that the former XXXX President filed a brief in the " XXXX '' case in which was heard by an XXXX XXXX Judge ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ). The mission of the XXXX is to protect people of XXXX against discrimination and in this case, the organization did not do so well at doing so. As a matter of fact, the " dumbing '' down of indicating it is " janitorial favoritism '' as if a janitor or other low profile individual ( s ) would receive the same amenities as a prominent individual as " XXXX '' is absurb, however, it might would be a pacifier to give a less prominent individual an amenity to disguise racism for someone trying to show that they are not XXXX, even if their race is XXXX XXXX. Again, the XXXX injured some self-sufficient and/or prominent XXXX XXXX individuals when they drafted that brief, who are actually innovators and successful in their own right and right here in their own communities for some individuals who suppressed XXXX XXXX progression in many arenas and painted the picture that success was better represented corruption. Despite the XXXX efforts to include or integrate other races and specifically XXXX in to the XXXX, the mission and still focus is to advance people of XXXX in society, not aid in suppression, oppression, and degrading our XXXX XXXX leaders of notable and successful stature. The XXXX may represent people that live off of others income and success, however, I was never on of them. The community ( s ) we live in aid these individuals of all races enough with public assistance and housing vouchers. However, I and many prominent XXXX XXXX are not them.

XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX submitted a 1099-A without also filing or submitting a 1099-C to the owner of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, VA XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding the payments she made. The 1099-A XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX submitted indicated a loss of {$140000.00}, approximately {$20000.00} less than the deed to the property and likely as stated because the property structure was this amount, however, being the same {$140000.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX paid in mortgage payments. The for consideration amount was $ XXXX. Also, being the same amount inclusive of the land that XXXX XXXX XXXX paid for separately. This has been submitted to the IRS and was further addressed with XXXX XXXX with indication that this matter is being worked on by the Internal Revenue Service. The property and structure known as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, VA XXXX is satisfied. There are no other known contracts of record for any other subcontractor, etc. and all other expenses were paid upfront by XXXX XXXX XXXX.

I initially applied for a mortgage on XX/XX/2018. I provided all of the needed paperwork ( pay stubs, checking account statements, etc. ) only to be asked for the very same paperwork every two weeks. The mortgage company then asked for additional paperwork ( including the same as previously asked for ) such as where I was getting the down payment. Then she said ( XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) that she forgot what type of loan I was applying for : conventional or FHA. She said the information was required due to the recent housing loan problems. I think that she and the real estate agent I was originally working with colluded to delay the closing on this house again and again ( they are best friends ). This is a vindictive and petty act of vengeance.
