CFG is a ruthless company and I would suggest not dealing with this company. I did borrow from them for my business, however my company was no longer making any money as I no longer had my short term rental. I was making the daily payments but realized could no longer continue as I was barely making {$2000.00} per month to pay {$99.00} per day. So in order to ensure that they get paid I researched and decided to go with a resolution company to show good faith. They claim that the resolution company has not contacted them, now I have a XXXX year grandchild who stays with a XXXX where where the dates are expired and asking the company to illegally hold my revenue. They used a software to created a false document -See attached form. It is time for the FTC and CPFB to get involve and stop these companies. Something needs to happen to prevent these people from XXXX individuals when individuals have signed up with a company to try to fulfill the obligation even though they do not have the revenue that was coming when they first started. They are practicing illegal methods. Loan amount is {$5500.00} yet they are demanding over {$15000.00} with no detail of the charges to dispute or validate. In order not to lose my Statement of work which they are causing, I had to agree to a payment amount which has been paid and they stated my funds would be released. I am still waiting. Now this is what happened to me -DECLINE IN RECEIVABLES / ABUSE BY FUNDERS If business receivables have declined, the funder must reconcile the repayments to correspond to actual receivables rather than estimated receivables. Why have not been released as per agreement. Company did not to receive any legal paperwork thus the company I contract with was illegally sent a false document. Not a court ordered document with expired dates, but a document created in a software program.

CFG and an agent acting on their behalf acted in a predatory manor by doubling the amount they were taking directly from my account. When I inquired about why my payments doubled in the amount during my slowest season, they ignored or blew off my questions for two weeks. I then requested a stop payment for their doubled amounts being taken from my account. My agreement with them was to pay weekly payments based on my weekly invoices to customers. They did not follow this agreement. After I contacted them to let them know that I had done this due to 0 communication from them, they immediately contacted my employer for which I receive a w2 ( nothing to do with my business whatsoever ) They aggressively stated to my employer that they were to forward my paycheck funds to them for collection of a debt. In my research, it seems to be highly illegal for a debt collector to : 1. demand money from someones employer for a debt. 2. Give someones employer details regarding the debt and why they are doing so. This company has bullied me and my business, harassed me, my job and my customers on more than one occasion, and has done so with what seems to be the intention to bankrupt my business. I have never experience anything like the practices that this predatory advance provider uses. Currently, after I informed them of filing a complaint, and reaching out to attorneys, they have reached out to my customers and payment processors forbidding them to do business with me because I " owe a debt. Myself and my fiance signed for a very bad loan program to help fund his small business. After medical issues and not being able to pay, we defaulted on the loan. We were contacted by several people with several companies about the debt to pay back. They offered to do payment plans. When I told them what we could pay towards the debt, they said they had to see all of each of our bank statements, we told them the account was closed after they over drafted. I was receiving unemployment benefits. After figuring out who was responsible for holding the debt, I again stated we could pay a certain amount each month but we were not providing any more bank statements. Since then we havent received contact until they sent an email today with all of our old email accounts including ex spouses and family members with the details of our default and to contact them for payment. This loan was a scam from the beginning and now they are harassing us and threatening us personally if we do not provide them bank statements.
