Thursday, XX/XX/XXXX I became a XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX and resigned with them on XX/XX/XXXX. I signed up believing the jewelry was lead and nickel free. They sold all of the pieces and accessories under false " fraudulent '' claims. I bought into the company under FALSE PRETENSES. I have attached pictures to this claim. The first one is from the website. The other pictures are from a lab where they tested several pieces of XXXX XXXX. This lab has never heard of this company and has been in business since XXXX. I have contacted the company on their XXXX program. This is their response consultants whose account has already been canceled, do not qualify to initiate a Buyback. I will gladly fill out the merchant dispute. Hi, my name is XXXX XXXX, My Complaint ID is XXXX I have made a complaint to Commission on Human Rights as well and now i am reaching out to you all for help. I am failing this complaint against Busey Bank they have bullied me and also housing discrimination. They have made a fake settlement agreement and release that I refuse to sing these papers. Busey bank and i came to a agreement that Busey bank would do a loan modification and I will be showing proof of all documents. Busey bank has valuated the Loan modification agreement. I will be uploading all documents at the bottom. I would like to add that from the time i sing the Modification back in XX/XX/2017 Busey bank sent me a statement in XXXX on the XXXX for XXXX this is when it all started, and they started saying i was late and was not paying at all when I was. They are still saying i am behind and owe 10,000.

On XX/XX/XXXX I transferred funds from my money market to checking. Busey bank said they do not give receipts for transfers. How can I know the money was put into my checking account? The bank said I could look online. I do not have a computer and do not want to bank online. I believe this a dangerous practice. The clerk finally gave me a handwritten receipt.

I have had fraud 2 times in the past 2 months. This last time the bank allowed someone to use XXXX to take all the money from the account. {$380.00} to be exact! I saw what happened and contacted the bank. I explained that I never use XXXX! Why should I when there are other means to send money? They cancelled my account!!!
