To whom it may concern. I have been trying to contact a collection agency by the named of Bullet Recovery to work out an affordable payment plan because theyve been taking large amounts from my paycheck since XX/XX/XXXX. Every two weeks they take approximately XXXX or XXXX a month. I cant afford this and Ive tried to contact them by leaving messages but no one will call me back. I went to a garnishment hearing and the judge told me to dispute this matter with them directly. In XXXX I went into the office and spoke with a worker whom I showed all the bills Ive occurred since the garnishment that I cant pay down because of this. She told me they would call me back but never did. Ive left messages including my number and they will not respond. I informed this company that I have children that need to eat and I can barely provide food. My rent is XXXX dollars so after the garnishment Im barely left with anything and have to decide if I can buy food with the remaining money or pay on a utility bill. The garnishment happened prior to XXXX and I was unable to get my kids gifts or make a XXXX dinner. Im behind on all by bills due to an extra XXXX being taken away every month. That amount is too high and close to my rent. Its like Im paying for another home. Ive told this company Im willing to make affordable monthly payments but I can not afford what they are taking. In XXXX, I was no longer working for the company Im employed at and the garnishment was to be released but they did not release it. When I started back work they were to resend the debit information and send new forms notifying me of a potential garnishment but they did not and went right into garnishing me. This is illegal and unfair business practices. Especially seeing Ive called to work out another arrangement. Most agency will work with you to resolve a debit if its creating a hardship. Im unsure why no one will call me back and the office is blatantly ignoring me when I truly cant afford this.
