I would like to re-open the case XXXX.
The company did not complete the transactions as stated in their response from XX/XX/2021.
It has been over two months since you received the following response and nothing happened.
Company 's Response Dear XXXX XXXX and CFPB Team, We have reviewed your complaint carefully and identified the root cause of the issue, as well as a resolution that we hope you will find satisfactory. XXXX XXXX requested closure of his account on our platform and transfer of his remaining XXXX to a destination wallet hosted by " XXXX ''. Under the current XXXX record keeping and funds travel rule ( FTR ) regulations, XXXX companies must collect, retain, and transmit information related to funds transfers over {$3000.00} to all companies involved in a transfer. We have made multiple attempts to contact the destination XXXX company and file a FTR for XXXX XXXX through phone, email, letter, and helpdesk requests, but have not received any response. As a result, XXXX XXXX is among our final few pending customers. We have been in communication with XXXX XXXX throughout this issue. To resolve this complaint, we have notified XXXX regarding the XXXX filing problem and scheduled XXXX XXXX 's XXXX XXXX transfer in full.
