I owe credit debt. I had to stop paying due to personal health issues. I had nine operations or procedures before I dropped paying. XXXX was a catalyst. After rent my income to live on is XXXX a year.
So now XXXX XXXX is suing me for XXXX dollars. I received a letter in the mail on the XXXX th of XXXX this was the first I heard of the law suit by Buckles and Buckles, P.L.C. who is representing XXXX XXXX. These people are who sent the process service from XXXX XXXX XXXX. They claim they already informed me but I cant remember them doing so.
My complaint is about another choice on the paper is to post on the persons door. On the XXXX I was in my apartment. However the process server did NOT buzz my apartment. He instead taped the summons to the glass door in the foyer entrance to the lobby. He did not post it on the door of apartment XXXX. And he could have gotten in. To rub salt in a wound he purposely posted it at a time he assured maximum exposure by posting it between XXXX and XXXX XXXX on a Saturday. The lobby was busy there were several people outside.Ssomeone came to my door to tell me everyone is reading it. Although she did not know how long it had been there. It was XXXX when I went down and people were telling me he didnt try my buzzer he just came in and Oates it. People had try to pull sheets out to read more than the front page I guess. He might as well went around with a megaphone. People were averting their gazes, asking me if I was ok and one person said it was probably about something stupid. Those that know now continue to treat me like Im ill. These are my friends. My community my social family. Now Im carrying an elephant with me. NO ONE HERE KNEW ABOUT MY PERSONAL FINANCE SITUATION, Now I dont know who knows. My friends, strangers and frenimies. I am an active member of my community but have not left my apartment since this public humiliation. I considered XXXX. Im not sure if this will affect the apartment mangers view of me and my ability to pay rent. They have impinged on my personal life and relationships to the point where I dont even know what to say to people. This is so wrong.

Buckles & Buckles P.L.C., a debt collector, along with XXXX XXXX continue to attempt to collect a fraudulent debt ( Buckles & Buckles File # XXXX ) which was the result of identity theft, despite being notified several times that this was a fraudulent debt, in willful violation of FCRA Section 623 ( a ) ( 2 ), Section 623 ( a ) ( 6 ), and Section 615 ( f ). Additionally, Buckles & Buckles P.L.C., along with XXXX XXXX, continue to attempt ( albeit unsuccessfully ) reporting this debt to the major CRAs in violation of FCRA Section 605 ( b ).
I have notified both Buckles & Buckles P.L.C., and XXXX XXXX several times, beginning XX/XX/2017 via certified, registered mail, as well as e-mail that this debt is a result of proven identity theft. I have kept complete, and extensive documentation of these interactions. However, largely, I was ignored by both named entities, despite having return receipts from the United States Postal Service showing that my documents were signed for.
In the above mentioned documents, I have provided both Buckles & Buckles P.L.C., and XXXX XXXX multiple times, with the following : a police report, an FTC Identity Theft Affidavit/Report, a personal statement, notifying both Buckles & Buckles P.L.C. And XXXX XXXX that this debt is a result of identity theft, a copy of my credit reports with the account highlighted, a copy of my identification, a copy of the FCRA Notice to Furnishers of Information, as well as a copy of my accepted FCRA Section 605 ( b ) requests, and finally, a letter regarding my security deposit at my previous residence, proving that I had moved out more than a month before Buckles & Buckles, and XXXX XXXX claim I applied for, and opened the account.
Buckles & Buckles P.L.C., in conjunction with XXXX XXXX, have willfully violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act multiple times, and have completely ignored me, or provided me with generic information that any identity thief would have ( social security number, date of birth, mothers maiden name, and a previous address I no longer lived at ), each time I have been in contact with them.

Buckles & Buckles and XXXX. I was in hospital during covid. My wife talked to XXXX because of their continual phone calls. My wife asked XXXX to quit calling our phone on a daily basis as I was in the hospital she couldnt visit and the doctors were calling her on our home phone daily with staff of 5 specialists to give permission for procedures required to save my life.
During the time since XXXX XXXX the following documents with headier ; State of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX signed only by associates, 4 summons received Alternative service by certified mail, XX/XX/XXXX XXXX inches of XXXX documents that I cant read, seperate XX/XX/XXXX XXXX pages support of motion document, XX/XX/XXXX plan of motion for summary disposition and judgment complaint, XX/XX/XXXX proof of service, XX/XX/XXXX no date court breach contract, XX/XX/XXXX notice of hearing date to be set by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
I sent a letter in response to Buckles and Buckles and to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX next Day received on XX/XX/XXXX to no avail. I am XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX no money, only income SS, XXXX Etc. I was intimidated harassed, Buckles & Buckles misrepresented themselves as state of Michigan courts excessive documents but they are a debt collector trying to collect a DISPUTED debt by me in writing. documents received are purposely meant to intimidate, fear, and wife at home during lock down State of XXXX. last document received May no date a Judgment civil State XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Hearing XX/XX/XXXX XXXX ORDER OF JUDGEMENT, summary disposition, the amount and 13 % interest accrued.

In XX/XX/2018 I sent a certified letter to XXXX XXXX, stating my job loss, XXXX XXXX diagnosis in XX/XX/2018 and XXXX XXXX diagnosis in XX/XX/2018. My only source of income is social security. My car is worth less than {$100.00}, I owe over {$5000.00} in back taxes and am over six months behind in my mortgage. I also sent several other letters, stating that I am uncollectible for this debt and it needs to written off. Instead, XXXX Card IS THE ONLY CREDIT CARD COMPANY WHO SUED ME! I'VE BEEN HARASSED BY BUCKLES AND BUCKLES PLC, DEMANDING PAYMENT AND THREATENING WAGE GARNISHMENT, MY CAR, AND ANYTHING ELSE I OWN!
My doctor is disgusted by this harassment of a XXXX year old female with such serious health issues. I have lost weight, can't sleep, and my XXXX flare ups are XXXX.
I am willing to take {$5000.00} for my pain and suffering caused by Discover Card and the attorney firm. Should they refuse I will do whatever it takes, including letting the media know of this harassment of the elderly.

I owe money for my XXXX XXXX i couldnt pay the bill because I lost my job. I finally get a job and I got a new bill in the mail from XXXX I called XXXX to make my payment, I was planning on paying it off, when I called XXXX I was told to call this collection agent because XXXX cant accept payments from me.
I called the collection agent, Buckle & Buckle, to make my payment and the collection agent told me I cant pay bill with them either because they got my file a week ago and have to do a few things to it before I pay it. I dont know what things they had to do. The collection agents name was XXXX, he said he was going to call me back to make the payment and he never called me back and when I call them back no one answers the phone.
How and I suppose to pay my bill when theyre not answering or letting me pay it?

Buckles and Buckles, P.L.C. has wrongly made numerous attempts to collect on a debt, provided the court with untruthful information leading to a default judgment against me for {$10000.00} which I NEVER received service of. After I contacted Buckles and Buckles informing them I was the wrong XXXX XXXX and providing my social security card proving it did not match the social security number listed on account. Somewhat incredibly Buckles and Buckles refused to dismiss the judgment and more incredibly refused to properly investigate, maintaining their original position. Additionally, once i became aware of their attempt to tag me onto this debt, i sent them a letter specifically requesting proper validation. Buckles failed to provide any kind of legal documentation of any application.

In XXXX, during a period of personal hardship, I had a credit card debt with XXXX XXXX that I had stopped paying on. The amount was approximately {$6300.00}. In the following years I received voicemails and mailed letters from the debt collector Buckles & Buckles trying to receive payment on the debt. They continued to add fees until they claimed the amount totaled {$19000.00}. In XX/XX/XXXX I received a notice that a court judgement, with no previous notification, was made against me and 25 % of my wages would be garnished. As of XX/XX/XXXX, {$7800.00} has been garnished from my wages. I have sought legal counsel and was told that this was an illegal judgement, and I was directed towards submitting a complaint with this bureau.

I owe money for a XXXX card, Buckles & Buckles purchased the debt from XXXX, I called Buckles & Buckles early in XXXX to pay off the debt and when I spoke to the person with the company, I was told that I can not pay off the debt because they did not have my file and that they would call me back so I can pay it. I never received a call back from or any other communication. Today, XX/XX/XXXX, I was served a summons from Buckels and Buckels regarding this debt. I never received any other bills or communication from them regarding this debt nor would they let me pay off the debt when I called them in early XXXX.
