XXXX was taken from me. That was my down payment for a XXXX XXXX XXXX. I confidentially submitting my information knowing that I was dealing with a used car lot that wouldnt sell me a lemon. However, I bought the car on Saturday XX/XX/XXXX and by XX/XX/XXXX I was driving for groceries and an oil pressure light came on telling me to immediately stop the car. This car had been driven for less than XXXX miles. It was used solely to take my daughter to school and pick her up from daycare which is a total of XXXX miles XXXX daily. I work from home so I instantly drove home daily. This was very upsetting to me because I had just spent all of my money on this car because I have to take my daughter to school daily since the bus doesnt run to my apartment because we live less than XXXX miles away from the school. My car was then towed back to the shop and kept for around XXXX hours leaving me with no transportation to take my child to school. I got the car back on Friday XX/XX/XXXX and no one let me know that it was ready. I called multiple times to see when it would be complete. I was lied to once by the XXXX XXXX who let me know that my car payment would not come out of my bank account since the car was having problems. Not only that, before I left the car lot I was advised that I could set up monthly payments. After the car broke down I called to request my down payment back and XXXX informed me that I would have to wait until after the car was fixed to see if it was fixable and also that if it wasnt, they would just put me in a different car. Which is insane because I hated every other car that they had. It was either full of dog hairs or just extremely out of date. Friday morning low and behold.. the car payment was deducted from my account. XXXX also let me know that I would be able to schedule my payments monthly, I went up there and spoke to him face to face and watched his lips shake nervously as I questioned him about it. All he could say was you have to pay forward in order to pay monthly why would I pay ahead on a car that has broken down? That was also insane. I was also informed that I XXXX have to pay half of the price to fix the car when I called to check on it but there was absolutely no way I was going to do that. I was also informed that the toy company coming to get the car was technically supposed to come out of my bank account. This car lot is shady. As I sit here and type now, XXXX wondering if the car will continue to work or if they just bandaged it to make it last a few more months. XXXX hoping that this message reaches the right person and XXXX able to cancel this contract and get my down payment back. Its hard to live and stay sane knowing that XXXX dealing with a shady car lot and also knowing that my car could break down again any day. Its frustrating that car lots do people this way to get over on them.

XXXX XX/XX/XXXX - informed XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX TX ) That I needed to send copy of declaration page for my account and charge removal. XXXX stated, " I can not take off charge right away ; '' though recent practices suggest otherwise. She continued to conclude that, " a review is needed by XXXX dept. to review and process. XXXX will take up XXXX business days before reflection on account. The employee combatively responded to the effect that, " If I do not take care of my payment repossession of vehicle and consistent calls may follow after the call. It is our policy to do so. '' - XXXX XXXX : I had received poor and unprofessional level communication from this employee who again reflected and insinuated levels of harassment and retaliation based off of their company 's policy. When I asked outlined questions addressing the policy and where to send these documents, she had provided an email that was later inaccurate. Later Called again Addressing the issue, yet again no resolve on the matter. XXXX XX/XX/XXXX - XXXX ( Customer XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) directed that the email was not provided to the department and ask for resubmission. Upon resubmission both departments did not receive email. The Company later ruled that on the XX/XX/XXXX that a department had received declaration, but department was closed. The rep later stated, " to call Monday following alleged submission. '' - Complaintee Response : I speculate that if such email was received and provided, The Company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) would have the discretion to remove such charge off of the accountant. XXXX XXXX - XXXX spoke with XXXX different Reps ranging combative communication to unprofessional communication regarding my account. The appropriate department did receive my documents with the correct information. However, It was delegated that department would still review information. There has been no updated information upon submitting.

On XX/XX/XXXX, I got a used vehicle at a car dealership by the name of Public Automotive in XXXX, Texas. When I financed my car, I was asked to pay an out of pocket down payment of {$1500.00} AND a car note which is a violation of my rights as a consumer as this was supposed to be a credit transaction. On hand cash was NOT involved in this transaction, and I have a bank statement/screenshot to provide truthfulness to this statement. Since then I have requested my contract not once, but TWICE and finally received a copy in the month of XXXX of XXXX. This copy does not coincide with an agreement done in good faith on behalf of not only me, but a numerous amount of consumers that could be harmed by their rights being ignored in the exact sense as I have.

I had got a car out from my mother from XXXX and which in XXXX she was not able too work and pay on the car.. So I called too see what could be done and had told me to return the car and sign a paper and also had said that is was not going to affect my credit cause it was gon na be as a volunteer return all of the payment we 're paid.he said it was gon na be a XXXX balance on my credit so it woundnt affect me.. In which XXXX XXXX I checked my credit and it dropped stating I was 90 day late on payment ...

I paid XXXX to get my car back in XXXX. They didnt fix my car they saying I still owe and extra XXXX when I pay XXXX $ extra more dollars for the insurance for the car it didnt cover anything. They frauding taking more money.
