Call contact on XX/XX/XXXX I recorded a call from XXXX XXXX, I would not verify information ; was told " I 'll tell them you wo n't cooperate '' then XXXX XXXX hung up.
Call contact to my mother on XX/XX/XXXX as well as a voicemail on the same day.
Call contact to me on XX/XX/XXXX, missed callCall contact on XX/XX/XXXX I recorded asking them to send it to me in writing and informing them of the 5 day requirement that had already begun ... caller was XXXX XXXX.
Written letter dated XXXX/XXXX/15 received from Brown Law , PLLC on XX/XX/2015Response sent return receipt on XXXX/XXXX/15 informing to cease contact except in writing to me ; sent to PO Box as well as physical address.

Call contact on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX the caller, I recorded informing them of a violation of the FDCPA to which they responded they had no record of the letter even though I explained I had a return receipt showing delivery of XX/XX/XXXX
At some point this company may have also contacted my wife. I will pull our bill and locate their number XXXX.
As of XXXX/XXXX/2015 this company has not signed for the return receipt in their PO Box which was available for pickup on XXXX/XXXX/2015 according to the USPS tracking website. I believe this is done to continue to harass consumers.
i have retained screenshots of the missed call log, the bills showing their calls, recorded conversations uploaded to the cloud, a copy of their letter as well as the envelope, the return receipt, screenshots of the USPS website for tracking and delivery, and a copy of the letter that I sent. I will obtain a copy of my credit report as well as I suspect they are in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act as well as the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
As such, this company is now harassing me for a debt they have yet to validate in any manner. They have broken multiple regulations in the FDCPA in an effort to harass me.

For several years I 've been sending a payment to the XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX Texas XXXX XXXX, ( XXXX ) XXXX. I 've always paid in a timely manner. Today my check was sent back as " not deliverable as addressed- unable to forward ''. I called the XXXX firm but the phone number is out of order. I looked up several sites online and I tried calling several other numbers but could not locate the XXXXXXXX firm. I came across the Brown Law firm and saw that their address is XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Tx, the same as the XXXX XXXX firm! Their phone number is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called but since it 's after-hours, no one picked up. If my former XXXX credit card bill is no longer with the XXXX XXXX firm, or, if it has been taken over by the Brown Law firm, no one has advised me. I want to see something in writing telling me the status of my account. I certainly do not want to get into any legal jeopardy over this bill because I have been honorable in paying it and I want to continue to pay it until the account is settled. Can you possibly get something in writing from the XXXX XXXX firm and/ or the Brown Law firm telling me what 's going on? Since my check came back today, XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, I 've become very worried about this and I could really use some help. I mailed my check as I do every month during the first week of each month. I am timely about this. Thank you.

I received at call on my cell phone from this company Brown Law and I asked them so send me a validation of debt for the account that they are trying to collect on. I received documentation but not enough to actually do any research to see who the creditor is and what the charges are. I also received a voice mail message on my cell phone which is a number that I have listed with the XXXX. When I asked who they were collecting for, the original company she said possibly XXXX XXXX? Are n't you supposed to know? I need more information in order to settle.
