In XXXX I entered in to a lease agreement at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX. When I occupied the building, the water service was not turned on. Once on, it was discovered that there were a multitude of leaks. I informed the owner of the issue and he asked me to call a plumber as I XXXX a XXXX XXXX XXXX and had a contact. My XXXX XXXX XXXX called and scheduled the plumber and some work was completed. The owner never made the water system completely workable, and in XX/XX/XXXX I vacated the property. Shortly thereafter, my XXXX XXXX XXXX received a bill from XXXX XXXX. I explained the situation and told them that my XXXX XXXX XXXX was not responsible for the bill and provided them with the owners information. I received some threatening correspondence from the building owner stating that I was responsible. At that time, I refused all calls and emails from he and the owner. I attest that this obligation is not mine for two reasons : 1 ) The plumbing work was completed on a building where I was only a tenant.
2 ) The plumbing services were ordered by my XXXX XXXX XXXX on behalf of the owner. My XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) was billed for this service. My XXXX ceased operation in XXXX. This credit and debt collection is in my personal name.

My rental agency that I rented 3 different homes from over 7 years without a single problem was trying to have me pay for an upgrade of a house I rented for it ( the house had now been sold ). They refused to do inspections with me before I moved out of the house in XX/XX/2015 after I had requested for one several time. And they had not refunded my {$760.00} deposit till now. My problems with this agency started when I decided to purchase my own house and got another agency to assist me with the purchase ( I have my own home now and glad I did ). This is just a case of a mean and bad spirited agent trying to destroy the good credit score that took me years to work for. They should have filled a lawsuit if actually they had any case against me. I hope you guys will get to the root of these and reinstate my credit score to it 's original version. I owe this agency no money but they are still holding on to mine. It is injustice for this to be allowed by the credit reporting organizations. This is nothing but an exploitation by this rental agency.

This company has continued to try to collect a debt for an incorrect amount. There was an amount that was supposed to be billed to my insurance company but it was not. Despite speaking with the original company about this multiple times, that information was not relayed to the collection agency, who is now reporting a collection on my account. I have no problem with paying the correct amount, but since the original company didn't bill my insurance company, there was no way to know what the correct amount is. I attempted to give the company my insurance information multiple times, but they still continue to claim that they never received it. Instead of getting the correct balance information, the collection agency started reporting the incorrect amount as a collection on my credit report.

CB Manistee has several debts on my credit report with XXXX. The other 2 credit reporting agengies have removed these debts but XXXX has not. I have tried and tried for a couple of years to get these debts straightened out. Sent copies of payments to cb manistee and the credit reporting agencies and yet they still appear on my XXXX report. ALL OF THESE DEBTS FOR MEDICAL HAVE BEEN PAID OFF DIRECTLY TO THE HOSPITALS AND OR DOCTORS. THANK YOU

The company is reporting simply paid on the accounts that I paid in full. I requested the company delete the accounts off all three reports and they only deleted it from XXXX. There is one left on XXXX and all four on XXXX. This makes it look as if I settled, they need to either update paid in full or delete them as originally stated.

I spoke to customer service about the non stop phone calls.
Harassment, I received the threatening calls intimidating calls from a law official to resolve a matter. I asked him that I told him that I was in hardship I ask for deferment I needed time. I need it away out of this unfortunate the font on my credit of student loans help.
