RE : Attentively review my formal writ composed declaration of not proven complaint misinformation that is all or in part : deficient of the adequate current status in the fullness of TRUTH, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, documented OWNERSHIP, certifiable RESPONSIBILITY, or otherwise irrefutable, complaint obligatory, and regulatory requisite reporting thereby mandating your immediate actions to rectify and remedy and any infractions behavior ( s ) by retaining or returning to demonstrate TRUE, CORRECT, COMPLETE, and COMPLAINT METRO 2 data field formatted reporting!!! I am a victim of identity- theft, I am writing to request that you block all accounts disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports with XXXX , XXXX , and XXXX. This information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The Federal Trade Commission, which explicitly states when a victim of identity-theft dispute a fraudulent account on his/her credit report it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information should be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all data furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. Failure to comply shall lead to complaints being filed with The XXXX XXXX XXXX, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Attorney General stating your companys unlawful collection practices, misrepresentation of creditworthiness, defamation of character, and noncompliance to abide by laws enacted by Congress to protect victims of identity-theft who's credit been impacted by acts of fraud. Because I know my rights under THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT, CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION ACT ( CCPA ), and FAIR and ACCURATE CREDIT TRANSACTION ACT of 2003 ( FACTA ). I will be taking action. I also know my rights under this paragraph of Section 312 of the FACTA LAW : SEC.312. Procedures to enhance the accuracy and integrity of information furnished to consumer reporting agencies. ( b ) duty of furnishers to provide accurate information. -- Section 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) of THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT ( 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) is amended ( 1 ) in subparagraph ( A ), by striking " knows or consciously avoids knowing the information is inaccurate '' and inserting " knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate '', and ( 2 ) by adding at the end of the following : ( D ) DEFINITION -- For purposes of subparagraph ( A ), the term 'reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate ' means having specific knowledge, other than solely allegations by the consumer, that would cause a reasonable person to have substantial doubts about the accuracy of information. Policy states. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA 611 ( 15 U.S.C 1681 ), Procedure In Case of Disputed Accuracy. ( a ) Reinvestigation ( 1 ) Reinvestigation ( a ) In general. Subject to Subsection ( f ), if the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in a consumers file at a consumer agency is disputed by the consumer and the consumer notifies the agency directly, or indirectly through a reseller, of such dispute, free of charge, conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to determine whether the disputed information is inaccurate and record the current status of the disputed information, or delete the item from the file in accordance with paragraph ( 5 ), before the end of the 30-day period beginning on the date on which the agency receives the notice of the dispute from the consumer or reseller. Therefore, my position is being clearly stated, these accounts do not belong to me, meaning that you are reporting inaccurate account information within my credit file. The fact that these are inaccurate account information means that you, this credit-reporting agency, are reporting incorrect accounts. 1. BRITE FINAN bal. {$7000.00} I am well aware of my rights as a consumer. The Fair Credit Reporting Act requires that you, the credit-reporting agency report accurate and/or correct account information within my credit file. My credit issues are very specific, these accounts and/or items do not belong to me. This means that you are reporting incorrect account information within my credit report. It is this in mind that I request that these listed accounts and items be Blocked and Deleted. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA, Section 1681c ( 2 ) Block of information resulting from identity theft. 1.Block. Except as otherwise provided in this section, a consumer reporting shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from alleged identity theft, not later than four ( 4 ) business days after the date receipt by such agency of 1. Appropriate proof of identity of the consumer ; 2. A copy of an identity theft report 3. The identification of such information by the consumer ; and 4. A statement by the consumer that the information relating to the transaction by the consumer. I have provided all of the above listed four ( 4 ) items within this package. Therefore, I expect these listed accounts to be deleted and blocked within ( 4 ) business days. This is clearly an identity theft issue. I am also entitled to receive a free copy of my credit report, so I am requesting a free credit report and that all of these accounts, public records items, and inquiries be permanently blocked and deleted. This dispute is regarding account # XXXX for Brite Financial. This is a dispute letter regarding an account for Brite Financial Services. I originally purchased a vehicle for a 12-month lease on or about XXXX. Once the 12-month lease was up, I had the option to either turn the vehicle in and they will bill me the disposition fee or take it out of my original down payment of {$970.00}, or if I still needed the vehicle, I would have to put down another down payment for an additional 12 months. I opted to return the vehicle, which I was informed by the account rep that I had until XXXX to return the car without any additional fees being added. The account rep also informed me that if there was any damage or additional fees ( disposition fee ) that it would be taken out of my initial down payment or I would be billed for whatever amount remained. When I returned the vehicle on or about XXXX ( I had purchased another vehicle several days prior ) I was also informed that if there were any additional fees that did not apply towards my initial down payment that I would be billed. 1 year later, I checked my credit report and the finance company of Brite Financial, has recorded a charge off amount of {$12000.00} with a 39-month term and a monthly payment of {$310.00} on my both my XXXX and XXXX credit files, and {$6300.00} for 12 months on another with a monthly payment of {$150.00} on my XXXX credit file. My agreement was for 12 months with the option to lease again at the end of my 12 months and a monthly payment of {$150.00}. As of XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, this company was paid a total of {$7000.00} from XXXX to XXXX. This vehicle was returned on time with no additional monies owed. Furthermore, I contacted the company in XXXX XXXX to ask for my credit report to be adjusted from the amount owed/charged off amount of {$6300.00} to be corrected. The account manager then informed me that the amount that is seen is what was financed and not owed. At this point the finance company is refusing to correct their issue. After I disputed this issue in XXXX XXXX, Brite Financial sent me an email, with a settlement offer for {$220.00} ( for an amount I did not owe ). I asked that if I paid the amount would they removed it off of my credit report, I was told no. I have since called the dealership in which I leased the vehicle ( XXXX ), to request a copy of the signed leased ( I have moved since I purchased the vehicle and a lot of paperwork was lost ). I was informed by the Sales Manager that they were under new management and that they no longer have those files ( he did attempt to look for my file in their system ). I was then told to call the finance company, which I did. I asked if there was any way that I could get a copy of the signed leased and I was told no and that I basically had no rights to dispute. I was told to pay the {$220.00} and that the charged off amount would remain on my all of my credit reports for the allotted time. I have disputed this issue with the credit bureaus several times and still no resolution

I have submitted several complaints to all three credit bureaus, the CFPB, the BBB of Michigan and the original creditor in regards to an ongoing dispute. Please see complaint below : I originally purchased a vehicle for a 12-month lease on XX/XX/XXXX. When I returned the vehicle on or about XX/XX/XXXX ( I had purchased another vehicle several days prior ) I was also informed at the dealership upon returning, that if there were any additional fees that were not covered by my initial down payment that I would be billed. 1 year later, I checked my credit report and the finance company, Brite Financial Services has recorded a charge off amount of $ XXXXwith a monthly payment of {$78.00} on my on all three credit files ( XXXX , XXXX , XXXX ). My agreement was for 12 months with the option to lease again at the end of my 12 months and a monthly payment of {$150.00}. As of XX/XX/XXXX, this company was paid a total of {$7000.00} from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. This vehicle was returned on time with no additional monies owed. In addition, per the lease agreement ( see attached ), the total payments paid at the end of the lease was to be {$4800.00}. Therefore, this lease agreement has been paid in full per the documentation provided. Furthermore, I contacted the company in XX/XX/XXXX to ask for my credit report to be adjusted from the amount owed/charged off amount of {$6300.00} to be corrected. The account manager then informed me that the amount that is seen is what was financed and not owed. At this point the finance company is refusing to correct their issue. I am requesting VALIDATION of this account. This means that the creditor is to send me a complete payment history to show that a payment is actually owed. I have sent complaints to all three credit bureaus, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the creditor with on success. Please look into this matter and verify the account as being falsely reported. In addition, I have only received handwritten/typed account information stating what is owed. This is not proper VALIDATION, as this information can be from any one of their current or previous customer 's information. Brite Financial as also sent back dated emails with previous amount owed. On XX/XX/XXXX, I e-mailed Brite Financial requesting a payoff amount for me to purchase my vehicle at the end of my lease. They quoted me a payoff in the amount of {$5100.00}, minus the {$1000.00} security deposit, i.e., {$4100.00}. According to Brite, this payoff amount was good for 10 calendar days. Prior to the XXXX, I had called Brite for a payoff and could not reach anyone because their customer service line was down. I also went in person to a Carite location ( Carite being the dealership that I went to to lease the vehicle, which dealership finances via Brite ) to ask for the payoff. They then e-mailed Brite to inform them I was trying to finalize the end of my lease. They also told me they were unable to reach Brite on the phone due to the same phone issues I had already faced. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX ( the credit union I am using to purchase the vehicle ) e-mailed me to advise they had received the title and payoff from Brite. On XX/XX/XXXX, I spoke to XXXX XXXX ( the credit union I am going through to purchase the vehicle ) on the phone, and they said Brite quoted them a payoff of {$4800.00}, not the {$4100.00} I had been quoted by Brite on the XXXX. I e-mailed Brite that day ( XX/XX/XXXX ) asking them why they had added {$720.00} to the payoff they had quoted me on the XXXX. Brite responded to me that day advising that if XXXX will be the new lien holder, the payoff amount will be {$4800.00} minus the {$1000.00} security deposit, i.e. {$3800.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX called Brite to try to confirm the actual payoff amount and the representative e-mailed me to tell me she was disconnected after waiting on hold for 10 minutes and was unable to confirm the amount. I called Brite around XXXX XXXX that day and left a message requesting they call me back as soon as possible. I then sent them an e-mail requesting the actual payoff amount, as I had been quoted several contradictory figures for the payoff by Brite. I should note that I have been trying to resolve this issue and finalize the loan for two weeks and in that time the Brite customer service phone system has been out of service. I have only been able to correspond via e-mail with a specific representative and she has consistently failed to respond in a timely fashion. Additionally, representatives from Brite have called me to tell me the end of the lease needs to be addressed as soon as possible. The payoff quote sent to me by Brite on XX/XX/XXXX ( with a payoff date of XX/XX/XXXX ) does not reflect the {$1000.00} security deposit the representative at Brite said would be subtracted from the payoff. The quote also included language suggesting late fees may be assessed for failure to complete the payoff by or on XX/XX/XXXX. Despite my timely and diligent efforts to clarify this issue, I am being threatened with late fees and Brite is refusing to resolve the issue in accordance with their own payoff deadline.

Approximately 21 months ago, I purchased a new-used vehicle from Car-Rite in XXXX, Michigan. First, consumers should be protected from dealerships who sell lemon cars and cheat people out of their monies by handling them as a low life in setting them up with a company called Brite Financial. When I first purchased the vehicle, I was set up for payments weekly, when I get paid bi-weekly. I was told by the dealership that all I had to do is call Brite Financial " Brite '' and they will change the payments. I did so, to no avail. When I called the company I was given different and incorrect information. I had auto pay that was to take money out of my account on the pay period. Because they were taking the monies out on the wrong date, it was causing the funds to not be available. I then called to cancel auto pay to pay on my own. I was then told that I was {$800.00} past due. Which I knew nothing about, because I had made arrangements and changed my payment to bi-weekly. Brite disabled my vehicle. I brought the account current and continued to make payments timely. I have never missed a payment for almost two years. My payment onXX/XX/XXXX I was unable to make my full XXXX payment and paid XXXX with the intent to make the payment the following week. I went to go to work XX/XX/XXXX and had XXXX towing to come and jump start the vehicle. I did not think it was the battery because I had to purchase a new battery in XX/XX/XXXX. When I contacted Brite, they never attempted to contact me but indicated because I did not pay the full amount they disabled the vehicle for the second time. Not only had I to put thousands of dollars into a vehicle that only had 30 thousand miles, the vehicle has had engine problems, brakes, rotars, tires and shocks. I was told because my vehicle was disabled previously that I am in their system, if I do n't make one or all the payment, the vehicle automatically is disabled. Brite discriminates against its customers in that certain people and customers vehicles are disabled. I was told they have no grace period and the vehicles are automatically disabled even if they make timely payments, or partial payments. I would like a thorough investigation that this a their procedures to all customers who have missed or been late with a payment. Even after making a payment, the customer service representative told me that I had to make arrangements for the next payment because my account is automatically flagged. I asked what would make them believe that I would not make the payment and was told because my car is flagged to be disabled when a payment is not fully paid or partially paid. My payment was XXXX and I paid XXXX on the due date and two days later, they disabled my vehicle. I was unable to go to work and missed 4 hours of work.

Some recent identity theft has caused me to look deeper into my credit report. I have attached a screen shot of fraud alerts on all 3 credit bureaus. During this process I have noticed several inquires I do not recognized and are UNAUTHORIZED. One of them being by XXXX/Carite markedXX/XX/XXXX on my XX/XX/XXXX report. I tried to contact XXXX/Carite directly through certified mail on XX/XX/XXXX. The letter was mailed to the mailing address listed on my credit report. I have attached the certified receipt. It was delivered to XXXX/Carite XX/XX/XXXX via certified mail. It has been well over a month and I have not received a response from them. Thus I am assuming they have no such documentation to pull my credit. I do not recall giving anyone at your company permission to pull my credit. I have not applied for credit with your company. Please respond and include a copy of the application with my signature giving you permission to pull my credit, as per the FCRA. The application must state that I agree to give your company permission to pull my credit report. If you do not have an application with my name and signature on file, you are required by law to immediately contact the credit bureaus and remove the hard inquiry from my credit file. If you argue that the approval was given over the phone, then I expect a print out of the full details of the conversation be sent to me, as well. If you argue permission was given through an other company I expect you to provide documentation of that too. I have attached a FTC advisory opinion as to what is considered permissible purpose and what is considered " written instructions '' that are required by the FCRA. I have been battling this issue for a whole year now and finally decided to just pay it off. On XX/XX/2018 I sent a letter to the credit to settle this account in the amount of {$140.00} with the following terms : All negative information relating to this debt must be removed from my credit report from all three credit bureaus ( i.e. charge-off, late payments ). You will not list this debt as a settled account, but paid in full and closed with no balance due. Your company will accept this payment to satisfy the debt IN FULL. Your company will not attempt to sell or transfer this debt to another creditor. You will make no mention of this agreement to any outside third parties. On XX/XX/2018 ; the creditor responded with a counter offer of {$200.00} to be paid by XX/XX/18. On XX/XX/18 I paid the money order in the amount of {$200.00} and again sent the terms that were on the original note and added " In addition cashing of the money order is an agreement of the above terms. '' I never received a response but on XX/XX/18 the money order was cashed. When I checked my email a few days later, I noticed an email from the account manager on XX/XX/18 stating the following " unless you email me a signed letter that you are willing to agree to everything else but the first request, I will have the payment department return your money order. '' Well the money order was cashed and although I understand it has not been 90 days, the creditor has flagged the account as settled and all other terms that were listed in the letter were violated. They received payment, the money order was cashed and I still have negative remarks on my account. ***SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS***

I am XXXX XXXX and Im submitting this complaint myself there is no third party involved. Pursuant to federal law 15 USC 1692a ( 3 ) I am the consumer. Pursuant to 15 USC 1692g ( a ) BRITE FINANCIAL has failed to validate this alleged debt. XXXX XXXX at XXXX. XXXX XXXX Signed for and received a cease and desist along with an affidavit of truth and bill of Particulars to compensate i for the damages thereof. Upon receipt of this notice Brite Financial pursuant to federal should have ceased all communication acknowledged receipt of notice AND Invoke specified remedy by creditor which was listed in Cease and Desist pursuant to 15 USC 1692c ( c ). Pursuant to 15 USC 1666e BRITE FINANCIAL has forfeited any right to collect any amount disputed and finance charge thereof for failure to comply with requirements of 15 USC 1666a. As of XXXX XXXX XXXX Brite Financial is in violations of 15 USC 1692c ( b ) for contacting XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX about this account arranging for auto theft of my property. Brite Financial has admitted on a recorded line that they received cease and desist which means Brite Financial has willfully and knowingly contacted a person about this alleged debt. This property was paid for in full mail its my credit card pursuant to 15 USC 1602l and 15 USC 1602i. Brite Financial has attempted to take non judicial action by attempting to seize my property which is a violation 15 USC 1692f ( 6 ).

XXXX Called Brite Financial to obtain information as where to take my car for repairs with the extended warranty that's included in my lease. Originally Car rite XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX WI XXXX is where my car should go for maintenance and repairs. Car Rite has been closed since XX/XX/XXXX, no notice or direction as to where to take my vehicle going forward. Brite Financial advised my contract # is XXXX the number for the XXXX XXXX is XXXX I was advised that The XXXX XXXX, administered by XXXX is where I should call XXXX. I called them and was advised I could take my vehicle to any licensed repair shop and my deductible for repairs is {$100.00}. I then made an appointment for XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX with XXXX XXXX dealership. XXXX XXXX advised me that my car needed a sensor replaced and they were going to call the warranty place to open a claim. They would call me Back to schedule the repairs. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX advised me that The XXXX XXXX denied my claim as I need to go to the selling dealership which is closed. XX/XX/XXXX Called XXXX XXXX back and they were supposed to call XXXX back with my claim number as they confirmed the selling dealership is closed. XX/XX/XXXX Called XXXX no call ever received from The XXXX XXXX, called XXXX XXXX there is a different department " first extended '' that I need to speak to? On hold for over 30 minutes and the system disconnected the call.

I have disputed accounts several times with XXXX ( XX/XX/2019, XX/XX/2019 and XX/XX/2019 ) due to the accuracy and fairness of how the below mentioned companies continue to report these accounts to the credit bureau inaccurately. XXXX continue to respond to my disputes as the accounts were either verified as accurate or have been updated, however, they are still reporting inaccurately. Such as : BRITE FINANCIAL - failed to send a deficiency letter to support their claim and balance they continue to report. Furthermore, they are reporting that this account has either charged off or is in collections, but they still continue to report a monthly payment and the high balance is inaccurate. They are in direct violation of the FDCPA and FCRA. I have requested this account be deleted permanently from my credit file as this is having an adverse effect on my credit score, furthermore, they are violating my consumer rights. XXXX - is reporting several accounts on my credit report, however, they continue to re-age this account monthly, which is a direct violation of the FDCPA and FCRA. XXXX - continues to re-age this account on my credit report and have failed to provide proof of the balance they are claiming I owe, in addition to this account reporting that it has been sent to collections or has charged-off. The high balance is also inaccurate.

I have previously filed a complaint against the company Brite Financial Service XXXX XXXX XXXX I spoke with the creditor via phone on XX/XX/XXXX after the complaint was filed with the CFPB, on XX/XX/XXXX the creditor was very upset and advised verbally I would pay for the complaint filed against the company. I advised the creditor I filed the complaint because the vehicle financed was a XXXX XXXX, which the engine was blown and recalled by XXXX and I actually won a class action lawsuit against the company and received payment from the company. XX/XX/XXXX Brite Financial made an update to my credit report, reporting 6 late payments which were never reported prior to my complaint filed with the CFPB. I have attached documents to proved this account was closed XX/XX/XXXX last payment paid to brite financial XX/XX/XXXX I have also attached Recall notice for vehicle Vehicle was returned to the creditor with a defective engine, as per the recall notice from XXXX XXXX. Brite financial is operating unethicality and reporting incorrect information on my credit report. I am filing an additional complaint to have this account removed from my credit file permanently due to the unethical actions of the company against me and my credit profile.

I have been leasing a car since XX/XX/XXXX. Purchased from XXXX in XXXX XXXX, CT, leasing company is XXXX XXXX out of XXXX XXXX but my payments go to Brite Financial in Michigan. Part of my lease payments include my XXXX of XXXX property taxes. I found out in XXXX that the leasing company that receives the tax bill from XXXX has not been paying my property taxes since XX/XX/XXXX. They owe the taxes that were due on XX/XX/XXXX and on XX/XX/XXXX for a total amount of {$290.00}. I have been calling Brite Financial weekly since XX/XX/XXXX to get this resolved and nothing has happened. My auto registration expires on XX/XX/XXXX and the CT Dept of Motor Vehicles wo n't let me renew my auto registration until the leasing company pays ALL of the delinquent taxes they owe on every vehicle they lease in CT. How is this fair to me who pays their taxes every week as part of my weekly lease payment? I ca n't get any resolution on this and if I ca n't renew my registration, I can not work and will become homeless. I know it 's a long shot but can you assist in anyway? Also, they have been overcharging me the tax portion of my lease payment and I have overpaid {$1400.00} to them in taxes and they wo n't refund it to me either.

Puchased vehicle from Car-Rite, Britefinancial XXXX sold a warranty that they will not honor as conveniently the item to repair isn't listed in the contract. Car-Rite is legally responsible to repair the vehicle. XXXX XXXX report they showed me and the actual XXXX XXXX report totally different when I signed lease for vehicle. The repair on the vehicle is a know problem with XXXX. XXXX XXXX basically got rid of cars they couldn't sell through this subprime dealership and sold warranties. In addition to not paying for repairs the vehicle has stalled more than once on the expressway. When call to cancel the warranty will only refund 40 % of the price paid due to miles on the vehicle. Because the dealership has been closed since XXXX of 2017, only 4 months after signing the lease on the vehicle it has been difficult to even get a different dealership to diagnose the problem, {$130.00}. I have had to pay out of pocket to diagnose my vehicle and will have to find other means of getting to work as the car isn't reliable. The cost estimate for repairs is {$600.00}. It is an outrage that companies can get away with sabotaging someone and their credit when they are paying for safeguards so extra expenses don't happen.

After account was closed with no late payments. Company reported account as 30 days delinquent around XXXX. This resulted in a drop in my credit report. I spoke with a representative who informed me that I would have to dispute it with the credit reporting agency, which I did. This was corrected within 30 days or so. ( Screenshots attached ) Then in XXXX the same account was reported as delinquent and a charge off. I spoke with a manager in the lease end department On XX/XX/13 who informed me this was in fact incorrect and an error on their end. However when I put in a dispute again with XXXX, the company informed XXXX this was accurate which it is not. I received these results today XXXX. This has dropped my credit score tremendously and the company is doing nothing about it when it was an error or their end. they also have my credit report stating my account was closed/settled less than full balance. This is in fact not true, I even received a {$22.00} refund from my security deposit. ( Attached as well ) This company has caused my score to drop tremendously and have yet to rectify their error.

I have a car loan through Brite Financial. I was told at the dealer that I would pay bi weekly but I am being charged weekly which is resulting in me being late every week and every month. I had this car going on three years with only a two-week balance as of right now. I informed the agents that i can not receive calls during the day only after XXXX ( 6 months ago ) and I have received at least 15 calls per week since then. Today I received 5 CALLS!!!! I already made my payment today but they call me back to back. This is presenting an issue with my work. I told several agents to make note that I ca n't have calls until after XXXX XXXX. I leased a car in XXXX through brite financial services ; in XXXX XXXX Michigan, For 4 years the lease was up in XXXX of XXXX. When I turned the car in, they reported on my credit that I owed money, which was not true. The car had a device on it which shuts the car off if I was a couple days late, I was in an agreement to pay the note every week, so it was no way possible I was able to drive to turn a car in that I allegedly owed a balance on. However I hired a lawyer because they attempted to sue me for a balance I didnt owe. I showed receipts and my lawyers got the case dismissed. They were suppose to just update the account, but instead they deleted the account, so now it looks like I never had a leased vehicle. I want my credit history placed back on my account correctly, i worked hard to pay that car off for 4 years only for this consonant to rob me of that history, I believe this is retaliation.

In XXXX of 2017, I leased a car from carite but a bank named brite financial gave me the loan. The car was messing up within the first 30 days and I was guaranteed an fix and the company denied to fix the vehicle I couldnt return my car or anything within the first 30 days so they knew I was stuck with a bad car. My car note is paid biweekly, and my last payment was due on last Friday XX/XX/XXXX. I called to notify Brite financial on their customer service number the same day and left a voice mail and that I would be making a payment on Friday XX/XX/XXXX. Carrite holdings and brite financial had me sign paperwork to install a device to remotely disable the vehicle purchased. This is illegal in the state of WI. Further having this device installed and if it has been used could cause major engine malfunctioning while driving. The vehicle does hesitate to start intermittently and will not stay idle intermittently. In addition paperwork was sent for a right to cure default on lease postmarked XXXX in the state of WI at least 15 days should be allowed. I had already attempted to set up a payment plan via email. NOONE answers the phone ever and the recording clearly states they are having phone issues.

This financial institution gave me a vehicle loan and as stated in the lease I was told that if i was ever to lose my job that i could turn in the vehicle and claim a financial hardship so that it would not go on my credit report.
