This supposed law firm took a judgement out on behalf of XXXX for unpaid child care in XXXX, no where on this contract did I sign or was responsible for the debt. My children 's mother is the one that enrolled them. I was never informed of this court case in XXXX or was presented with paperwork in XXXX. I only found out about this when they began garnishing my wages this year. Upon contacting them they stated that they have tried to contact for the last several years, I have lived in a different state since XXXX upon leaving that state all of my mail was forwarded to a different address in NC. I have never been contacted via any outlet. No mail no phone calls no nothing. When I asked them for proof of debt they only sent me a computer generated statement with my children 's mothers name on it. No where is my name on their proof. When asking for other proof I was told they could n't and would n't provide. I am wantino all money that has been taken from me and is continuing to be taken to be returned immediately. They will not even prove the debt nor will the respond when I have contacted them via phone calls and email.
