My mother owned life insurance policies on my grandmother. My mother predeceased my grandmother though. Bremer Bank assumed Personal Representative and Trustee for my mother after she died, even though they are not a named successor in either capacity. Bremer Bank then went and changed the ownership and beneficiary to themselves instead of me, the sole heir and beneficiary to everything for my mother. After becoming owners and beneficiaries to the policies, Bremer Bank held onto to the policies and refused to change the ownership to me, the sole heir and beneficiary. 18 months go by and my grandmother then passes away. So now Bremer Bank received XXXX XXXX in life insurance proceeds that should have went to me instead. Bremer Bank and their attorneys at XXXX XXXX XXXX have been sucking the money dry from the account. I have only received one check from Bremer Bank for XXXX dollars. There is still XXXX XXXX unaccounted for and Bremer Bank is now claiming the balance is down to XXXX XXXX dollars. A Judge literally gave an order approving all accounting and plan of distribution exactly a year ago now, yet they are still withholding the funds from me. XXXX XXXX XXXX charges over XXXX dollars a month on a lot of occasions. Their average monthly invoice is probably around XXXX dollars. I don't even understand what they could possibly be charging for. To make matters worse, XXXX XXXX XXXX is the law firm that handled all of my mother 's estate planning, dating back almost 20 years. Yet after my mother passed away, they made sure to inform me a few dozen times that they do not represent me and they will not represent me either. I wanted answers to this stuff and nobody was answering me. So my last resort was to get in contact with the individual that was appointed Personal Representative for my mother 's estate on behalf of Bremer Bank. When I drove to the address that XXXX XXXX has listed on the Application for Appointment of Personal Representative, it turns out that the address is fake. A few suites down from the fake address is the address for XXXX XXXX XXXX though. Ironic. After I confronted XXXX XXXX XXXX and Bremer Bank about the fake address for the Personal Representative, the entire administration for my mother 's estate and trust, which consists of lawyers from XXXX XXXX XXXX and bankers from Bremer Bank, all decided to file XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX essentially completely preventing me from obtaining any information and assuring that the funds can keep getting drained for an indefinite amount of time. There is one Judge in XXXX XXXX that handled everything. The probate case naming the fake person with the fake address as Personal Representative, the civil case for the trust approval items, and the XXXX 's. All of them were handled by the same Judge. This was the first time that this Judge has ever handled a Trust case too. I did not even know that they took XXXX 's out against me until I attended a hearing and the attorneys at XXXX XXXX XXXX and the Judge brought it up like I should know somehow. Then I found out that everyone used an address for me where I lived 20 years ago, and only for about 6 total months. They ensured that I would not be served the XXXX 's and made to look bad in Court. You'd think that if someone felt threatened or that they were being harassed, that the first measure they should take would be to tell that person to stop harassing. But they didn't do that because I didn't harass them. They just didn't want to answer me when I ask them where my money is.

On XX/XX/2017 I made a payment to XXXX XXXX. The payment was returned on XX/XX/2017. On XX/XX/2017 I logged onto the online banking with Bremer Bank. While review the transactions on Sunday XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed ATM withdrawals that I did not make, nor did I authorize, nor did I benefit from. On XX/XX/2017 I stopped into a branch location with Bremer Bank in XXXX. XXXX MN and shared my findings with a personal banker. This personal banker informed me that I needed to call the fraud department and speak with them. I sat in the parking lot of Bremer Bank and spoke to the fraud department. This was an intake call. ( Bremer Bank fraud case no. XXXX ) I explained the situation during the intake call. One of the questions that was asked by the person whom that took my call was, When did you lose your debit card. My response was, Well, I can't answer that question and I would never give any bank an exact date to a credit card or debit card that was out of my possession because I can't answer that question. However, Sunday, XX/XX/XXXX late in the evening was the first day that I noticed my debit card no longer in my possession after I looked for it and learned that the debit card was no longer in my possession as well as the unauthorized withdrawals. Bremer Bank did credit me {$180.00} as a final credit out of the {$680.00} that was taken out of my checking account. Bremer Banks ' personal account agreement on page 33, state 's " If you tell us within two ( 2 ) business days after you learn of the loss or theft or your card, security code and/ or other access means, you can lose no more than {$50.00} if someone used your card, security code and/or other access means without your permission. I have contact in a complaint to Office of the Minnesota Attorney General XXXX XXXX and worked with XXXX XXXX in this office. XXXX was unsuccessful in getting Bremer bank to pay the {$450.00} that they still owe me. Shortly after my complaint to Bremer Bank in XXXX of XXXX, Bremer Bank closed my checking account and stated they would never do business with me ever again. XXXX XXXX in the fraud department of Bremer bank spoke with me on the phone telling me that I was a HIGH risk and will not open another checking account with me and will no longer do business with me. I said, over fraud activity? She responded yes. XXXX XXXX recommended that I file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau since Bremer Bank is not following rules and regulations. I never once had given anyone with Bremer Bank an exact date on when I lost my card. Again, it wasn't until XX/XX/XXXX when I noticed my card missing after I looked for it. I did review transactions online and I told XXXX XXXX that the last transactions that I made were on Friday, XX/XX/2017 and those transactions a valid from that day, so I would have lost the card between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, but don't quote me on the exact date, and since there were unauthorized atm withdrawals on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX, the card would've been lost/stolen between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. Again, this wasn't learned until XX/XX/XXXX. I notified Bremer Bank on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX said she has evidence that I said I no longer have my card in my possession as of XX/XX/XXXX, and this is the date XXXX XXXX made a final decision. I never gave anyone with Bremer Bank an exact date. But Bremer Bank needs to go by the date learned that it was no longer in my possession and that is XX/XX/XXXX.

I have a checking account through Bremer Bank. My local branch is in XXXX, Minnesota. I was charged XXXX separate overdraft fees for non-sufficient funds in the amount of {$35.00} each on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and XXXX/XXXX/XXXX despite the fact I made every attempt to get the monies into the account before midnight each day it was overdrawn. I submitted a request to the bank to overturn these fees due to the fact that I was advised in XXXX XXXX by the XXXX, XXXX, at the XXXX location, that customers had until midnight to get their account current as I had an issue at that time. I asked for clarification of this issue of what was stated to me and she said this was the policy ; however, bank ATMs state otherwise in that monies should be deposited into funds by XXXX p.m. daily. Supposedly now I misunderstood, but I asked her outright if this what she meant to say. I want the bank to overturn at least XXXX of these as I feel they added an overdraft ( specifically the XXXX dated XXXX/XXXX/XXXX ) unfairly as the reason why the account was overdraft was due to the overdraft taken out the previous day. While I do n't want to get XXXX into trouble, she never should have said this to me if it was not the correct information. XXXX Bank is also taking electronic checks late in the day when they only allow until XXXX p.m. to get the money into your account and this has caused overdraft charges as well and then they do n't want to overturn them, despite the fact that I have checked my checking account diligently the same day to see if more money needs to be put in that day. I think any bank that does this should allow their customers until midnight to get their account current. I have a checking account through a local credit union who allows this and am considering moving all of my banking there now due to the frustration with this most recent issue. A customer has a right to know what is coming in and out of their account that day, and it is n't always reflected for me see. This is deceptive to the customer. A customer also has a right to make a deposit the day the item comes into that account whether it before before or after the item comes in for payment.

For the last 23 years my estranged husband and my in-laws have taken out a large variety of farm loans and ongoing lines of credit for which Ive co-signed many, if not all of them. Originally they were done through my Brother-In-Law, who at those earlier years was our loan officer at our bank, eventually they figured out that might be considered a conflict of interest and we received a new loan officer. Im not sure if this was the same time period my Brother-In Law became Vice President Of the bank. Now, almost two years ago my husband filed for divorce the same day probate for my Father-In-Law became final, I didnt even know it had started. During the high conflict, ongoing divorce, Discovery comes up, Im Pro Se due to the fact husband took all joint funds and put them into an account only he can access at the bank. He has two attorneys. I asked for copies of his bank statements and copies of our most recent loan documents that I signed on just three months prior, and was told be our loan officers supervisor Its none of your business, its farm business. I still havent received any documents from them. Our CPA also will not give me any copies of our taxes Without his permission because His name is primary on our account. He refused my request. Theres a Testamentary Trust involved from my Fater-In-Law for which my V.P. Brother-In-Laws wife is a beneficiary and my husband is supposed to by out her share, husband was also Executor of the will. I also saw the land loan we took out in 2007 had my forged signature on it. I didnt even know we bought land until it was all done. By the way our bank is Bremer and our CPA is XXXX XXXX & XXXX XXXX. Not that it makes a huge difference but Im also XXXX. Bremer has since closed my 23 year long checking account, so I no longer have a bank, much less any money.

I bank with XXXX XXXX ( one of their program bank is Bremer Bank ) and they have frozen my account now for 2 months with no explanation or answers when I try to reach out. This occurred on XX/XX/XXXX, it is now XX/XX/XXXX with no response from them as to why. When I have called customer service several times over the past 2 months I am told, " reply to the email that was sent out '' and they dont reply. I have emailed 7 times. I can not access my funds. No, I did not deposit any fraudulent funds either. To have a bank freeze your account but not reply to you to give reasoning or ask you questions to even identify yourself to get to the root of the issue is very frightening. At this point, I am reporting stolen money in the amount of {$6500.00}

Im not signed up for overdraft protection with my bank ( Bremer Bank in Minnesota, ) so I shouldnt be receiving overdraft fees. Ive complained about this to the company multiple times, reported them to the CFPB and again theyve hit me with {$70.00} in overdraft fees. This is a bad faith effort to take money from the poor on their part. I dont need to be called about this I just need a refund and an email.

Bremer Bank, XXXX, WI had safety deposit box for my mother, closed it and sent back 2 keys, 3 years ago but they keep charging me. Couldn't open a bank acct here because of it. Thrtough my mothers probate through a court they asked for debts for 60 days and no one filed claims yet I'm not allowed to open my own bank acct now.
