Bragg Associates who is the owner of my HOA for my home is reporting the annual fees for my HOA as an open loan and it is affecting my credit score, income ratio and causing me not to apply for new credit. This is paid in full every year but is listed as open credit. Bragg has been contacted but refuses to do anything about it.
