My contact information Mailing address XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , FL XXXX I have submitted this claim several times and have received no resolution. This company does not want to address the fact that they took a credit card out against my authority, nor do they want to address the random charges on it. Destroyed my credit. Here is the information of the company for which I submitted my claim. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , Texas XXXX CONTACT XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX https : //www.borrowersfirst.com/ First time complaint was submitted : Case Number XXXX WHAT HAPPENED Describe what happened so we can understand the issue ... I was offered a personal loan to take care of medical bills by a lending company called Borrowers First. After the initial set up fee I have been repeatedly charged transaction on this account as if it were some sort of credit card. I have been faithfully paying off this loan through monthly installments for six months and each month the loan amount is increasing. Today my balance is approximately a thousand dollars more than what it originally was. I have been prioritizing the loan over all my other expenses. I have had to put off other expenses because recently they doubled the amount of my monthly payment without any explanation. This loan is ruining my credit, the balance is increasing with each month and can no longer afford to pay this. I really do n't want this to ruin my credit any further. What gives them the right to increase my balance and charge transactions onto this loan that are not authorized by me. I havent been able to pay other bills and everything is adding up, ruining my credit and my house hold. Please help me. Consent to publish the description of what happened? I tried responding as a despute but I kept getting an error. Case number : XXXX My response today I have been charged NSF fees, {$45.00} to be exact, but that is not the issue I am complaining about. In almost every statement there is charged called a billed finance charge that has added up to {$1000.00}. There were a few approximately XXXX different months when I receive a NSF due to too many things going through my account. I paid them when everything cleared on my account. The NSF issue was resolved by charging me the XXXX charges of {$15.00} as you can see in the statements. I 've been faithfully paying and my payments, and so far I have invested XXXX {$3600.00} into this. Almost a third of that money has been taken by these billed finance charges. I keep getting harassed and contacted by Borrowers First, urging me to give them money, yet they still have not even addressed the obvious large charges on this account. In addition why would my payments suddenly go from {$290.00} to {$620.00}? I have an unsecured loan with BorrowersFirst and lost my job 10 days ago. I contacted them immediately, as I was only able to make a particular payment on my XX/XX/XXXX payment. The representative was very nice and understanding. Took my payment and to pay what I could to stay out of collections until I could catch up - presently interviewing for work. Since then, I get phone calls from Borrowers First 5+ times per day and 2 or more text messages. I call them back daily to let them know that I spoke to them the day before and that my situation had not changed yet / that I felt like I was begging harassed when I tried to do the right thing.

I took out a personal loan on XX/X/15 for the amount of XXXX paid over 3 years. To my surprise what I thought was a 24 % interest loan turned out to be will over 46 %. I have paid into it currently {$7400.00}, and I am told I have another {$3800.00} in interest alone, another year to finish, which brings my total to {>= $1,000,000}, {$5300.00} in interest alone, I find that disheartning. I have never missed or been late and find the amount owe egregious and overbearing, especially when considering the amount of interest owed.

I have contacted this company about 7 times already to correct the payment information on my account. After speaking with a supervisor about two times once they called me they agreed to remove the late derogatory information off my account. While I waited 3 months it 's still there I tried reached out to the company again and they informed me that they put the request for that department to remove the late payment and they reassured me that they will fix the report and notify the credit bureau so they can update the system.

On XXXX XXXX I checked my XXXX XXXX account and was made aware that my Borrowers first account was closed and transferred to a new company. I have no clue who this new company is. I tried to login to borrowers first and it said I needed to call the customer service number and there is only a busy dial tone. I still have the {$290.00} auto payment being auto drafted from my account and no clue where my money is going and what 's the current balance of my loan.

I applied for the Personal Loan two times and I was denied without getting the reason from the lender. It is the " Borrowersfirst '', who asked to provide all the verifications, and signed XXXX, then never called or sent any letter or email regarding the status of the applications. I have a feeling that these people are getting our confidential information and not helping us, but, who knows maybe will do bad thing to our credit.

The company called me at this morning which is outside of the allowed time frame, I explained to XXXX that I reside in AZ and it is not MST but we are currently on PST. She stated she was calling to resolve the debt and asked when was the best time to call. I advised her to call within the allowed government time frame to discuss the matter and that I was currently unemployed.
