I received a text on my phone in reference to my free XXXX trial was active and they were going to draft my card for a monthly fee on the XXXX of XXXX. So I reached out to a so called XXXX number at XXXX, and they act as if they were XXXX and they logged into my XXXX account without my consent, and I was able to see my account with all of my debit cards info. Then they needed to do a few things to verify me, so it sounded suspect, and I ask why did all this need to be done to cancel a simple subscriptions, he told me some lame stuff like all this had to be done for the first time to make sure all my info was not used. So he logged into my phone app, and he as which card usually pay for thing with on XXXX, and I told him because my XXXX account was open on my screen. Then he asked for my full debit card number and I did verified that and he kept asking me to logged into my bank account from my phone and told him I will not never do that. Then I start to questions why was this taking so long to complete a simple task and he kept saying it needed to be done one time only. Then he ask me to go to play store and add a pay app for verification and I did, and then afterward I got real suspect, and he told me that there were going to be a transaction on my account that was gon na be debit and credit back. They also asked to up load a picture of front and back of DL as part of verification. Then he said log into your account and I did on my pc, and two entries were taken out. So I told him I did not authorize him to do any transactions on my account and that I was gon na call my bank fraud department, which I did, and cancel the transactions and the debit card. But he kept saying that it would be credit right back, but did not explain why the transactions was needed to verify my XXXX account. So I have reach out to XXXX, and the XXXX company that I did downloaded to my phone for the fraud transaction to let them know these debit entries should have never taken place. I was told that these were needed to verify my debit card with XXXX. I also told them that my bank fraud will be contacting them as well on these unauthorize transaction.
