I was told I had to pay over the phone and sign an email statement. They would not send me paper mail and they do n't take paper payments. This is a copy of " visual voicemail '' threaten to contact my employer ; '' Good afternoon XXXX XXXX this is XXXX XXXX over here would XXXX how you did speak with XXXX of my representatives back on XXXX XXXX regarding your case in your account here in the office you supposed to contact them back to stop my client from proceeding forward for further action but we have yet to hear back from you at the present time they sent your account down to my department if I do fail to hear from you I will assume that you are forfeiting your legal right to resolve this matter on a voluntary basis and at that point in time or notify my client they can proceed to move forward. First I fax it over employment verification to your employers office once employment is verified the client will proceed forward to the next level. The number you would need to contact if this if this is something you would like to still resolve. ''

I did a settlement for {$1900.00} for 12 months with BlueShore Recovery for a debt with XXXX payday loan. I paid {$750.00} and missed my XXXX XXXX payment due to change in my debit card due to an identity theft issue. I got a letter on XXXX XXXX from a whole other Debt Collection agency about the same debt but for {$2500.00}. Come to find out they transferred my debt to some one else and didnt call to ask why i missed a payment or anything. They were going to keep the {$750.00} i already paid towards my debt without transferring it over or telling this other collection agency of what was agreed and what i already paid off.

Blueshore Recovery XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was notified on XXXX XXXX XXXX to cease and desist contacting family and third parties regarding this debt They have all current contact information on myself. Phone, address etc. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX they contacted my husbands ex wife, asking for my step son in regards to this debt ... .. I spoke with supervisor XXXX XXXX on the XXXX after they had harassed my sister at work! XXXX issue. This debt was paid off in XXXX of XXXX to the cash store XXXX. I do not owe this debt!

I was told by Blue Shore Recovery that they were going to send my refund check of {$750.00} to me because they sold my account to someone else in the middle of me paying it. So i was told that it was sent on the XXXX XXXX 2016. So sent by mail it would have been here today which is XX/XX/XXXX. I still have n't received it yet. I was also told it was suppose to be expedited and that all of the sudden changed to it was sent regular mail.
